If I could give a ZERO I would... Pull up to drive-thru at 835... No answer... Pull up to window the person came over locked the window and walked away... So of course I went to door to make sure that the hours were 9pm... Took a picture... 2 people inside... Everything LOCKED up.. NOT 9pm... Still had at least 20 min by this time... Plus they have a hard time getting orders right which is why I truly almost never go there!?? Don't put 9pm as closing time if it's really 830 ?
I go to this Dunkin everyday that I work and this morning I wanted to get irrate when I went thru the drive thru, I always order the same thing, 3 sides of regular bacon NOT CRISPY, the last couple of times it had been crispy so this morning I said to the pregnant girl at the window " please make sure it's not crispy, cause otherwise I won't eat it, and it's been crispy the last couple of times and I wasted it , I dont mind waiting" her reply was in a VERY nasty demeanor " girlfriend I don't know, I don't make it, if you don't like it bring it back" now who wants to bring anything back, I did check it and it was perfect today, normally i pay, TIP every time, grab my bag, my iced coffee and leave, who wants to hold up the line? Her unnecessary rudeness really rubbed me the wrong way, my order number was #6106, this morning I did NOT tip, I feel as if your not having a good day, don't take it out on the customers, who just had a simple request Pregnant or not. No excuses.
There is always a problem going here. The employees at this location need attitude adjustments. Getting coffee should be the simplest part of your day but with this DD it's not. A small plain coffee shouldn't take 20 minutes and come with a side of hate. just go to Wawa next door or find another location. Not to mention i ended up with a cup of milk.
Used to like this location and I don't even care about having to wait a little longer or once in a while getting the wrong thing but this is the second time they've snapped at the driver with me and gotten an attitude for us politely pointing out that it said the wrong flavor on the sticker. The last time it was this same girl snapping because my dad corrected her that we wanted one of the coffees hot or something. If you can't handle interacting with a customer when you did something wrong probably don't work in customer service.
I didn't even want to give this dunkin a star because honestly they are the worst with customer service and with all there coffees and the food is never hot and fresh plus the donuts are always stale then they wanna charge 1.07 for some tap water ? Like are they mad they are getting paid 10 bucks an hour it's not the customers fault why work with food if you don't even like your job! This place needs to either closed down for good or get new management and new employees just seems like their only open for a paycheck! The worst dunkin donuts in florida probably even the worst dunkin in the world! Please shut it down!
Before I give my heinous review I'd like to note i love dunkin doughnuts , But this location personally should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered A Bacon Egg And Cheese on a plain bagel. What I got was a sad sandwich ,crying out for help. My bagel was beyond stale, (The bagel was absolutely dreadful)My egg was cold , my bacon luke warm . Everything about this sandwich brought nothing but disgust. I do not speak for all of dunkin doughnuts. I speak only to the location on Ridge and 19. If you want a good dunkin doughnuts experience id recommend finding a different location , social distance from that dunkin because it'll only leave you depressed. I feel robbed of my money and what makes matters worse. This was on mothers day. Management, hear my plea you gotta do better.
Got a large vanilla iced coffee and the cup wasn't even filled all the way up, looked like a medium, I asked for extra vanilla, 3 sugars and 2 creams. Didn't taste like vanilla and tasted like it had absolutely no sugar. I ended up taking like 5 drinks and throwing it away. I couldn't drink it, it was gross. I love Dunkin it's my favorite place but I will not go back to this one. It's not the first time I had problems with my drinks there. I'm very picky about my coffee. ??♀️ Their coffee just isn't that great at this store, or the workers just don't know how to make it!
Worst Dunkin’ I have ever received. My husband and I ordered Dunkin’ through DoorDash this morning. Nothing we ordered was correct…sandwiches were soggy, hash browns were soggy and still cold in the center. The sweet black pepper bacon was a gross ball of undercooked mess. Mixed batch of 50 munchkins only included plain and chocolate cake. Totally unimpressed. We will not go to this location again. The one on 52 is worth the drive instead.
Went inside and their were bees all over the donuts! Cashier says we can't do anything about it! I understand we have to protect the bees but there is a way to get them out of the store!
The worse dunkin in pasco every time we go here there is always something missing on our order... how hard is it to read the screen or there is something either undercooked or burnt. This morning went in because once again they forgot my sons snackin bacon. When we only ordered 2 drinks and three things. The lady at the counter walked over told one of the ladies working drive thru, she handed her some bag sitting in the back and it was cold so I gave it back to her saying it's cold. She then tried to hand it back saying that's how they serve it that they don't serve it warm. You don't serve bacon warm? The lady warned it up and then tried to hand me back the same bacon we both touched to see if it was cold. Just goes to show how sanitary they are and how great there customer service is. Won't order from here again. Nasty. Go somewhere else unless you like wasting your money.
