Always tasty. Only problem is if you need something for your meal after you receive it and you go back to the counter like mayo so you can enjoy your hot meal they ignore you while they take new customers orders. I already waited in line, I would like to eat before the guest at the counter orders their entire meal. It only takes a second to grab whatever it is I need. I'm at the end of the counter, I'm not checking out your order taking skills, I obviously need something.
Very clean and convenient location. Service was excellent. Offers all of the Culver's favorites with a smile.
friendly, efficient staff. Fresh, hot. delicious burger and fries.
First time. Best burger I've ever had. I'm serious. Might cost a little more, but so worth it. Oh and the honey mustard sauce was amazing along with the Chicken tenders. They have Ice cream that is awesome too. You can even take a container home.
Absolutely delicious every time, perfection.
We came for a Cod dinner ordered it to go. This was was the Nastiest greasiest fish I have ever had ! The fries were cold I will never go back and they will never get $15 from me. I would rather go to the Tarpon Turtle right down the road the best Cod I have eaten and your by the water!!!!
2nd time eating here. Fresh burgers. Mushrooms Swiss is the best. But the food from pretzel bites to onion rings are great. Friendly service very polite. Great place over all. It's more then fast food.
Culver's is one of those "safe to eat at places." Even if it is not the most fantastic food, we have never had anything horrible either. So, when we don't want to take the time to change and make reservations, we will often agree upon: "Hey, remember, we passed a Culver's back there..." It is like Panera and other self-serve restaurants where you place and pay for your order and it is delivered via a number to your table. One issue I have with these establishments is that they hired a lot of "kids." While this should be a good thing--and, I think it could be--it often places a lot of stress on these young people to address the questions, concerns, and problems of the customers. For example, my wife and I ordered a codfish dinner and a walleye dinner. When the young lady brought them to the table, she did not know which was which (fortunately, we did); in fact, being from Florida, she was not sure what a walleye was. Later, we ordered frozen custard and were told the "flavor of the day" was blackberry crumble. It was not explained that the "crumble" was hard granola placed on top of the custard--not what we expected. It takes experience to anticipate and satisfy customers who have developed expectations for their food service providers.
I really love their food. Sometimes the service is good (they have one manager who REALLY does NOT need to be in that position...Her people skills are borderline ZERO) and sometimes not...depends on who you get at the counter when you walk in.All in all, a great place for inexpensive food and AMAZING custard.
This was the first time I had been in Culver's and it was great! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food we had was delicious. I had the pot roast sandwich, it had plenty of meat, not fatty, grizzly or greasy. Well seasoned, not too salty.
