While the quaint feel and waterfront eating were nice, the food was terrible. The crab cakes were crab and bread crumbs with zero flavor. They forgot the other appetizer. Then we had fish and chips, how do you mess that up? They tried really hard to kill it. There was no seasoning on it at all and it was overcooked on one plate and undercooked on the other. What a waste of time and money!
They had 2 people working that were drinking at the bar, they were talking with a server dropping F bombs and Mother F***kers with a little girl sitting at a table nearby. I told the server that she worked there and may want to watch her language, she turned her back and blew me off. The guy worker that was drinking started to argue with me and in no uncertain terms said that it wasn't a family restaurant and if I didn't like it there are other Tiki Bars on the river. So I am taking his advice and as a local will never go back in the place. All should do the same and go to one of the other Tiki Bars.
Haven't been there in a while I was there when it was shark bites now it's back to being the Crab shack and a buddy told me that they were having live music there on Sunday so we all rode our Harleys over there and partied all day to live music it was awesome the food was awesome especially the fried shrimp just awesome. I'd recommend all bikers go to this place and party.

Been here several times since 2004. Many different owners. Service is always slow but food usually good. Ordered crab cake app. (3) cakes. Wasn't bad. Could be bigger in size considering price $14.00. Had the onion rings $8.50. What a joke they are. Obviously cheap frozen garbage. Duo band was horrible. Thought maybe it was Karaoke Sunday. Also without pre warning of any kind, they add on a 3.99% fee if paying by credit card. Really? How bout advertising that beforehand? Sorry, will not be back.
The worst service I have ever experienced. The waitress blatantly ignored our table. We never even got silverware! When we tried to bring it to the owner's attention, he openly laughed. We were there for two hours and weren't even brought the bill so we could leave until we threatened to storm out. The owner, who was drunk by this point, even called the cops on us, claiming we were trying to skip out on the bill. We told him numerous times we will pay, but at that point we didn't feel comfortable providing him with credit card info. Needless to say, the cops sided with us and the owner got his cash. No apology for the poor service. No offer to take off the food we couldn't eat for lack of utensils. Just a drunk assgole too lazy to help his staff.
Worst service and food. If I could leave no stars I would. We were ignored the entire meal. We didn't get our orders taken for about 2 hours (no it wasn't that busy). The fact that we called them and there was no wait on a Saturday night should have tipped us off. We would have spent far less and been way happier at taco bell (yes, it was that bad).
We sat there for 22 minutes and were barely acknowledged, our waitress was more interested in the bar patrons and basically ignored us, not a great first impression at all. I can't say anything about the food since I didn't get to eat any because we got up and left ?
Been coming here for a few years. Was excited to hear they had new owners and finally canned the old Manger. Unfortunately they replaced that nightmare with one that may even be worse. Kelly is just a mean miserable woman who has 0 customer service skills. Why can't this place get it right?! What's with all the miserable women? Even the kitchen has a mean nasty drunk. For the love of GOD get friendly people up in there. These hags are killing you smalls.
