Everything was hot and fresh. We enjoyed it. Definitely cool having a computer take your order and be completely interactive. It even answered me when I asked what came on a certain sandwich.
Food always comes out correct, HOT, and the AI order assistant intercom is definitely a sign of the times. I liked it, even tho my wife thought it was weird. Service could be friendlier I guess since they suck at acknowledging a person (in the past: just take my money, hand me the food, and im gone the next lol) Plus they are out of ice cream often so that sucks too!! Honestly now that im thinking about it, i consider the "go to checkers" in the area the one across the street from walmart , off of US-19 and Ridge rd.
Pretty slow considering there are not usually a lot of cars in line. What are they doing in there!?!?!? A robot lady takes your order and then it's wait...wait...wait...
They changed their burgers not sure what exactly but they do not taste the way they used too and they seem smaller. We got a large fry and it was like a small fry. I get inflation but damn adjust prices not amounts you get. Pretty disappointed and will not be going back.
The food is good and usually hot and fresh. I don't like that the drive through speaker is now fully automated so you don't interact with a human hardly at all. It feels unnecessary and impersonal.
First time every trying checkers, was deff caught off guard by the automated ordering system but it wasn’t bad. Food was hot and fresh and staff was pleasant
Ya'll, I just had a full grown Ro-but, Robot to those unaware of the 50's dialog , trying to take my order,while they say they're recording &downloading, probably eyeball scanning & credit score mal functioning(I don't know their schedules or intentions) plus being Super slow about it. So not cool & as stressful & ignorant as hell trying to talk on the phone to an automated representative. REP-PREE-ZENT-A-TIVV!! ......There were actual human beings working & present there so I don't get it & I , mos def do Not like it.
There is only one drive up window for ordering food, so there a little slow. But your food will be good and hot.

Meal ok 2 Big Bufords. Order was correct but when I asked for them to double bag, as I live a distance from there and wanted them to stay hot, he hands me 2 bags with a burger in each.
