Went to this place a few weeks ago and we got good hot fresh food. Went there last night and got old fries. And soggy sandwiches. Way too much teriyaki. When the food comes out of the kitchen just make sure it’s right and edible. That’s all we ask.
they advertise on a sign right next to where you order that if you have their app you get a free lemonade. we told that to the cashier and she said I had to have the reward on my phone but you don’t have any rewards when you first sign up. false advertising and very very small portions for a $50 order. our kids were still hungry and we had to go to culver’s across the street. strongly recommend subway over this. dried out beef, barely anything on my sandwich at all. huge waste of money. they charge $8 for a small sandwich and this what I got
A waste of close to $60 for my family's lunch. My 1st time ordering from this location.Ordered inside for takeout. Wasn't told they were out of mushrooms until after I got our order. What good is a cheese steak without mushrooms.Got home, the steak was horribly dry. All of the sandwiches were open-faced with most of the filling off of the roll. 1 tiny piece of cheese on each large sandwich, and the bacon was almost raw. I had to take it off. The fries were way undercooked also, to the point of being mushy.Will definitely not be going there again. Total waste of $$.
I usually get the boneless wings. I've gotten the buffalo chicken sandwich. The food is pretty good. The restaurant is nice and clean with personable employees. My only issue is the price is very high. There's not much that can be done about that as prices are high all over. I've been maybe three times and had a pleasant experience everytime. I hope you will enjoy it as well. Check it out and you will not be disappointed.
For 12.99 not worth it hardly any steak . Recommend you go to another sub place .
I mean, what's not to like about a #1 hold the mushrooms? Great flavor, wish there was a season-all packet for the fries or something but I have no complaints. The sandwich we received today was bomb! They are doing a great job in there! We'll be back!
Ordered 2 different sandwiches both were the wrong meals. Got all the way home and trusted people take pride in what they do and we were dissatisfied in the service we received. Also the phone number for this location is some man in Cleveland Ohio. Not a good way to run a business
At first I had my doubts...I have been to this place 5 times in 6 months. It is really good. Quick service. The food is awesome and the sandwich full size is big enough for two ppl.
Special ordered Philly steaks and 1 of the 2 was completely made wrong. Called Mgr to complain, he took order correctly, but it was filled wrong. He said he would make new one at no charge next time i am in. Food was hot and very tasty.
