This is by far the cleanest and friendliest Burger King my family and I have ever been too. We had a wonderful Mother's day lunch. We are definitely making this location our go to spot!
I'm always in the mood for the best fast food grilled LARGEST burger in the fast food industry. The food came out fast and hot. The employees were very polite and acommendating. Overall all, I had a great experience.
It’s really sad they have dining room closed 5 people standing around. Can’t make a order correctly and then give you nasty attitude! If you don’t want to work with the public then get a different job! And yet they want $15 an hour! Worse Burger King in pasco county! Wish I could give zero stars as this place doesn’t deserve 1 star! If you want this place to be better get rid of your nasty employees who obviously don’t want to be there!!!!
I don't understand, how they are allowed to close the dining room early and just serve the drive-thru, when they have enough people in their working to work the counter I've never seen any other Burger King do that but the Burger King out here in Port Richey. I've seen a manager coughing into her hand , no mask at the front counter and the people don't really seem to be all that pleasant , I have stopped eating there. it's just a bad message to the people, who do not drive in the area at 9:00 ,they walk blocks to come eat at Burger king, and the door is closed but you see people inside running around and the drive-thru is just being serve?. it never really seems to be all that clean in there. but hey I guess the people that are from lower incomes ,don't deserve to have a Good Burger King either huh?
My friend's and I go here 6 times a week. The girl behind the counter is the nicest person. Fun to talk to, always has our coffee ready and remembers all 6 of how we take our coffee. You have a real find here. She could teach others. What a joy. She makes our day...
Ordered 4 rodeo burgers minus the bbq sauce, got all 4 with bbq sauce and didn't know until i got all the way home off st rd 52. Apparently they wouldn't give me new burgers unless i gave them back the burgers they messed up. While i was there for the 2nd time i asked for a small soda which they charged me for. Pretty much wasted my time and gas to go back, the rest of my order got cold because half the order was wrong. I got ZERO satisfaction and nothing for my troubles so this is the WORST fast food restaurant I've ever been to because they have absolutely no remorse for messing up a customers order. Thanks for the experience!
Never again! They don’t care how your food comes out they literally will give you a two hour old patty on your burger. Do not go to this place it’s horrible.
The night time manager was extremely rude bc I asked for new fries(they were really bad) and then when she brought new ones didn't give us all of them and refused to give us what we paid for. Go to the one in holiday!
All of the employees were super friendly. The burgers are never really greasy and my food was just great awesome experience all around
