Wife went here to get a sandwich for me. She requested a different bun then what the sandwich comes with. The person taking the order verified it. She got home and the bun was incorrect. She took it back, they took it, came back and all they did was change the bun out with the cold meat. She asked if thats what they did and they said yes. I know Arby's policy and for health reason you always replace the food with new. Even the location on Little Rd will tell you they cant take the old food back, just replace it. Not here. Appauld they just took the sandwich back, put on a new bun with the old roast beef, re-wrapped it in the same wrapper all crunched up and gave it back. The manager needs to re-train the employees there. I"m sure the health department would love this place.
Arbys is known for their large meat portions of fast food. Their sandwiches "were" truely loaded with meat and they had the best potatoe pancakes in town. I'm sorry to review that my last stop there left me very disappointed. Not only are prices sky rocketing everywhere you go these days but the portions are cut down to the bare minimum. The meal I ordered looked like a kiddie meal. The sandwich was so flat I barely tasted the meat. They have also stop selling the potatoe pancakes, not a good thing for me. I may stop going to Arbys altogether. Buy at your own risk.
Don't you hate waiting 15-25 minutes for fast food and then the establishment doesn't apologize or reimburse you for your time?? NOT THIS PLACE! I GOT A FREE MEAL ?? imagine that. Not only did Arby's get me to come back, the food was on point and delicious. Thank you Arby's for being open late night in my area and always making me feel like valued customer! SMH at the thought of McDonald's right now
Going through the drive-thru Friday 5/26/22.*The young staff are not nice. They treat you like you're a problem. They don't like to give out napkins or sauces. I have food for 2 people and no napkins. I guess I'll use my shirt as one. You guys used to ask what sauces were needed. Now, you don't ask if I want any sauces for my sandwiches or fries. You want to hold on tight to them like it's your paycheck. Stop being stingy and rude. Remember, if it wasn't for us customers you wouldn't have a J.O.B. And if someone is ordering the whole damn menu. Make them come inside and stop holding up the drive-thru line. Why should the rest suffer 15-20 mins waiting in line?
Had the best service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The young lady had colored hair. half purple and half dark colored hair. She was so helpful and kind. Best arbys ever!!!
The food is good, but the service is slow. Whenever you have any sort of special order or deviation from how they normally make the sandwich, it will likely be wrong. Not bad enough to stop eating there, but annoying enough to mention.
I was openly harassed by several members of staff and there is zero reason for this place to continue employing people who incite mobs. This place is violentDo NOT come here. Worst staff in America. Came here at least 50 times between 2013 and 2021. Loyalty is not valued and the 2022 staff is less than garbage and will defend themselves and try to deny refunds if you stand up for yourself when given a completely inedible and incorrect order.Luckily corporate Arby's was appalled and will be following up with me about disciplinary action. Thank goodness for corporate America. A place that truly reminds everyone why people hate Port Richey trash, because that's who they have working this dump.
Had a question about what Arby's was advertising on their website the associate didn't answer got her manager the manager said she has no idea and rushed the question when I received my food it wasn't hot at all then I look over and their is two associates on their brake one has their shoes hanging off with feet up lounging where people sit and eat got to say looks like the place is run by a bunch 9th graders that need adult supervision... Not one to complain but I've never seen anything like it and this will be the last time I eat here cuz I Can only imagine what's going on in the back
My major complaint is that I really wanted a Beef and Cheddar sandwich I was informed that they had no roast beef. So settled for 2 for $6 fish sandwichs. The staff was somewhat knowledgeable yet I did ask for cheese added to my sandwich which was not done.
Fast emergency food. The fish sandwich was better than expected. We eat fast food less than once a year so I'm no judge.
