Easily THE worst Wendy's anywhere in the lower 48 states. Never fast, never convenient. Pulled up to the drive-thru and waited 20-25 minutes before I received my food and the order was still wrong. Lost my entire lunch break to waiting in line at Wendy's. I would highly recommend the people at Wendy's go to the McDonalds next door and watch how they operate, you might learn a thing or two...and if it's a worker shortage, pay more. Everyone else has bumped their salary up, you should too.
Food was good; but the entire time we were in the dining room, the kitchen staff, manager included were arguing. “No, I told you I’m not doing drinks”, it was ridiculous! They need to do a staff overhaul!
Stopped in for 2 chocolate Frostys. I placed my order with a young girl at the register. (It said Quineke on the receipt.) I believe she was new, because the manager was showing her a few things. This young girl deserves some praise, as she was extremely pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. I'm sure she will be a huge asset to that store.
Way too slow. Employees just go there to play around. Long lines and then they take forever to take your order and hand you your food. I ordered a crispy chicken blt and they didn't add the bacon to the sandwich. I had to go back after waiting so long already to fix the issue. It took then about another 15 minutes to remake my order. Absolutely ridiculous.
We placed an order at 10:45 pm. The cashier told us they accept cash only and they didn’t give us a receipt! The order was $33.08. Then we went home, the food was cold, stale and nasty. I suggest you don’t go to Wendy’s at night you will regret it!!!
Went for lunch, dine-in, was #8 in line, one person placed an order, after 10 more minutes, no one else in line had placed an order. I spent a total of 20 minutes standing in line and watching nothing get done, I’m sure they’re shorthanded, but, this is crazy. Welcome to the new America where the government gives away so much $$$ that no one wants to ger a job.
Waited at the drive thru for several minutes and wasn’t greeted. When I was, I was asked “can I help you”? In a tone that was a little rude. Not going to sugar coat this one. But this location sucks. It’s right next door to a McDonald’s that’s far busier. Yet they can’t handle a few cars in the drive through. I’ve had issues with food I’ve ordered almost every single time from missing toppings to cold as ice burgers to funky tasting fries and drinks. I have also noticed that this location will turn the lights off inside and in the drive through early to probably deter people from coming to the restaurant. But you’ll still see staff inside hanging out. Clearly management doesn’t care or else they’d comment on the bad reviews here. Nor does corporate because when I’ve written complaints I never get a response.
Well lets say this is not the first time i have got the shaft on my Order, I just was there and spent 21$ in food and i live 4 min from there and when i got in the door again the fries are so cold and stale & my drink was wrong the burgers did not have cheese on them and the nuggets was over 6 to 7 hours old. I even ask the guy in the window to please make sure fries and food was hot. well over all the dogs did not complain as they got the food and i had to order the kids Pizza. when i called back to speak to the Manager all she could say is they are short staffed, Wow i saw 3 people standing around 1 in the drive thru and another by the grill and their was no one in the place, what a joke and excuses. Psst your next health inspection is coming real soon.
Watched 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru leave and go to Popeyes next door. After waiting for 7 minutes at the speaker the employee finally offered to take our order: 2 salads and 2 large cokes....she asked "a large what?" 3 times then asked twice what kind of salads they were. There was no one in the parking lot and no one eating in the restaurant yet we still couldn't get competent service. We will not be back.
Holy smokes… this place is SLOWWWWWWW been in the drive through for over 25 minutes… this isn’t the first time either.. get it together..Food is fine if you don’t mind the “sit down restaurant” wait times
