I won't even call what I got here customer service - that would be an insult to the term. Waited 10 minutes before someone even took my order and my payment, then another 10 minutes before I was informed they didn't have what I ordered, but then another employee said they could have it in 5 minutes. After that I was completely ignored until I finally just walked out after a total of 30 minutes.Enjoy the money you took from me without giving me anything in return - it's the last penny you'll ever get from me.

Really great breakfast especially for the price. Great friendly staff, fast service, and tasty!!!!

Wrong food on the order.just wanted chicken sandwich in biggie bag, the receipt states BLT crispy chicken but it was jr bacon cheeseburger. Waited so long to get order that the fries were cold, bacon was flabby and greasy. No one answers the phone.

I don't visit a fast food option often but did stop in this location for lunch. Service was quick, the emplyees smiled and the order was prepared correctly. The tables were clean and employees in clean uniforms. For quick service this means five stars.

Sitting in ur drive thru now and whomever is taking orders is just down right miserable and bothered by her job. She was rushing through asking is that all before I could get out the menu item I was ordering. Its 115 a.m. when I placed my order its 125 and I haven't moved 3 cars in front of me so I get they were a bit busy and I'm sure short staffed but to be so miserable just taking food orders is beyond my comprehension. No chilli of course its the usual here at this location. I'm not sure how the food is or if I'm going to get any friendly staff yet because I'm still at the order screen with 3 cars ahead of me and it's 137 and I finally made it to the window service just was horrible no hi no smile no thank u no nothing the most 2 miserable employees ive ever had wait on me. If I was the boss I would fire them and I'm very lenient when it comes to people in food industry being a restaurant manager myself. Ive never felt more uncomfortable in a drive thru ever. The food is just thrown together and I have pictures I'm sorry I bothered u 2 who where running drive thru and I'm so sorry u hate ur job that much. The poor cars behind me and there was about 4 or 5 so to those people good luck.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Port Orange Wendy's on Dunlawton and the service was fantastic, the food was great, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming! I love the location and will definitely be back! Great job everyone!

This Wendy's has down to Earth employees and they generally do a good job navigating their rush and getting food out to the customer fairly quickly. My only complaint with this location ever was the late night spicy nuggets I ordered...they had been hanging out for a while.

Tabatha was an absolute joy! She was very kind, attentive, and provided great customer service. She acknowledged my kids in the drive through and met us with positivity!

Used to be so much better than the other location. Now it is just as bad. Employees could care less about customers. Don't listen, inaccurate orders, always missing things or wrong, garbage service and quality.

This is what I found in my chili today. I’m really hoping it’s just burnt chili!! So gross!
