Just about done. Food has never been right. First time we called and they wrote a note for me to get a free taco. Went in about a week later and no one could find the note. That alone is annoying, but is whatever. On top of that, two major disgusting things.1.) Manager had her shirt over her stomach and was picking at her belly button behind the counter. Contacted corporate and they said they would handle it because that's disgusting.2.) After a month or two, (today) we decided it might be safe to go back. Food was right except for an extra item. But the cinnamon twists taste AWFUL. Extremely bitter and my mouth and throat started burning (not spicy burning, but actual burning). I tried spitting it out but ended up swallowing a decent amount. I'm panicking. Called them 4 times to see what it could have been, no answer. Called corporate. She said she sent an emergency note for them to contact me. No response yet. Burning has gone away but mouth is a little sore. I can't afford to go to the ER to get checked out.EDIT: Reached out to corporate again. She said the district manager told her she will reach out to me at the end of the business day. Glad to see they care.EDIT 2: No call. Talked to poison control instead. They said if symptoms become worse, they'll be the ones contacting them.
We’ve been to many, many Taco Bell’s and this one is excellent! Our food is always super fresh and our order is always accurate. It is a consistently positive experience going to this location. Great job and keep it up!!
I have given this location more than enough tries I haven't had one good experience out of about 6. The food quality is garbage. they forget half the order. It takes them 30 minutes to screw your order up and the staff is completely rude and unprofessional! Last time I ever visit this location!
I just ordered 2 Mexican pizzas from this stores location and let me tell you it’s either the meat, beans, tosada shell or something that taste like it’s was cooked with straight chemicals! I will be saving the pizzas to bring to this location for them to see them selfs! Tacobell how are you gonna put this back on the menu and can’t have the people make it correctly?
Wait times have become beyond embarrassing. Fast food quality food (which is fine, it's what you pay for) for fine dining wait times (which is not fine, it's the exact opposite of what you pay for). They should try raising wages, maybe then they won't be short staffed every single hour of every single day
It amazes me how much this location messes up your order and your food. Every single time I come to this location, they always forget to give me stuff that I ordered, but they never forget to charge me for it. And every time they mess it up I try to call them to let them know they messed it up and they never pick up the phone….. so the only way to get them to correct it is if you drive up there and confront them. They won’t correct anything through corporate either. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you want Taco Bell and it you want your food to taste good and be accurate, you skip over this location and go straight to south Daytona location -they are always on point there. Port Orange Taco Bell is horrible.
Sometimes fresh, sometimes not. Staff is friendly, but need to learn better hand washing habits. I watch them touch cell phones and there hair without changing gloves or washing hands.
Three times in a row, they just seem to not be able to get the order correct. Three different dates and times and all were mobile orders. Moving forward I will go inside and order. The other issue is the potatoes were cold to touch.
This Taco bell location should be closed down. They do not follow their own hours of operation. I drived there twice on my break from work at 2 AM when their store closes at 2:30 AM and they refuse to take orders. There are always people inside as well. I do not know how this Taco Bell makes any business because they treat customers horribly. I wasted my time twice. Don’t bother going at night. The staff are allowed to do whatever they want and get away with it.
We literally sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes, at least 30 minutes. Sitting that long in a fast food drive thru is completely ludicrous to me. Then every time we've went, we were missing items from our order. The one time, they tried telling me to pull back around and wait, in which I had to demand a manager in order to not wait another 30 minutes for something that they forgot. We had already pulled forward when we realized that we were missing three things so I went to the window and asked for them to get the rest of my order, when they kept insisting we pull back around. At that point, the line was literally wrapped around the building so after already waiting almost 30 minutes as it was, was not going to wait another minute. After they got the manager, he agreed to just hand over the missing items. They were nice about it but shouldn't have had to get to that point in order to get what we already had paid for.
