Ordered from here for the first time and will not be ordering again. The General Tao and Orange chicken were the worst I've ever had. Poor quality chicken, immediately felt sick. The white rice was overcooked to the point of being mush. Egg rolls were fine. Their only redeeming factor was the dumplings. Absolutely delicious, and I'll give credit where credit is due.
I have been ordering from Super Wok consistently for 4 years now. Constantly trying other places around town, including the new one near dunlawton bridge and China Star (An old favorite), but I always come back to these guys because they are always on point. Hot n soup sour, on point. steamed dumplings, on point. Always real lo mein, never substituting for spaghetti like some of these other guys. I saw they had a 3/5 on tripadvisor and that is honestly not accurate. I can't speak for over 4 years ago, but they have my favorite for years now and I am picky about my bourbon chicken.
First eatery i tried in my new home town and it did not disappoint. We tried the shrimp egg foo young and shrimp lo mein, both were exceptionally tasty with an abundance of shrimp in each dish. Super friendly efficient staff and very convenient location. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.
We had the bourbon chicken with pork fried rice. Rice had no flavor was just yellow rice with pork fat. What ever the chicken was it was not bourbon chicken. Chicken tasted old and reheated, sauce had no flavor, not sure what it was. We threw the meals in the garbage and will not go back
This is a 'Fast Food' Style Chinese American Restaurant. The cuisine is a good variety of Meat and Veggie dishes. I have tried many dishes on the menu and each one was prepared well with good flavors. Most of the dishes are mild in seasoning. There are a few with a hotter profile. If You are a Super Hot Pepper Person You can ask them to add their Hottest Spicy Sauce to the dish or on the side. The people are Very Friendly. They are also Very Accommodating if You have an allergy to a particular ingredient or want to customize your own ingredients for a dish. Fast service, clean restaurant, and quality food. They offer delivery in the area but it is also a great place to pop in and enjoy a quick little bite. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning!
Food was good, place is very Clean. Take out waiting time is average.
A pretty, decent place for take out. I always ask them to spice up General Tso Chicken to get flavor. Sometimes the, do and sometimes they don’t. One is flavorful and the other is blah.
The mushrooms were going bad before they cooked them, you can tell by the dark spots. I also found a small roach dead in the broth. Never again.
Enjoyed my lunch take-out. It was pretty spicy, which I liked.
