I have to leave a great review for Angela. I went thru the drive through today 07/06 and Angela was at the window. She greeted me with wonderful customer service, and even complimented me. I told her that her compliment made my day. She is a delight. I work in customer service for several years, and I appreciate angela for taking her job serious expressing top of the line customer service. Thank you Angela!

I’ve been getting the same drink for like 20+ years (java chip frap) and somehow this is the only store that doesn’t know how to make it. They always use the wrong base - either make it with the creme base or make it with straight coffee with absolutely no sweetener whatsoever. They did the exact same thing with the mocha frap and the mocha cookie crumble frap the last couple times we got something for our son. Idk who taught them how to make frappuccinos but they’re doing it wrong. The store over the Dunlawton bridge and the two stores in Ormond are great! We’ll stick to those locations for sure.

Long lines store not always cleanly but genuinely friendly at least unlike over the bridge. This is more of a review for the company itself it’s pretty insane that a multi million or billion dollar company that makes expensive coffee can’t even manage to order a good selection of sugar-free syrups for those of us who cannot have sugar. At least you had two options and you got rid of the one why and didn’t replace it why? So all we get is vanilla and we have to pay an up charge for it as if they actually cost more than any other syrup that’s Ludacris. You also should have a gluten-free option for breakfast sandwich since nobody really does that’s fast food that would make you a lot of money from a business owners perspective you’re losing so much money for these two simple things you should probably hire me for a CEO. J s. I don’t understand companies but I guess she makes so much money it doesn’t matter just like Panera bread doesn’t offer any gluten-free yes there is actually tons of people with autoimmune diseases they cannot have sugar or gluten and there are plenty of options of sugar free things that can be made with Stevia that are not total poison. Get them. Please. J c

This location has fast service. I didn’t know what to get but Bee helped and the coffee I got turned out great. Bee was very helpful and kind. :)

I used to come here daily and I still come every now and then, but just wanted to leave a good review. The girl here messed up my drink but was so sweet and gave me cake pops as a "peace offering" which was so kind of her. Still great customer service here.

Always good... And very clean.

I was working on important documents for school, and was outside working. Gentlemen by the name of Jean said they were closing and I said I wanted to get a coffee before leaving. Jean said no problem, what do you want? I told him, he said it’s on me thank you for coming in. I will be back & Jean is my dude ??

This is hands down the best Starbucks in the area. Super nice crew, very friendly, clean. I study here and it’s always a good experience here :) also they stay open the latest.

Came in for coffee, they didn't have any. They thought that was cute for some reason. I'm confused; isn't this a coffee shop?

I order a grande iced americano and this is the 2nd time they have done this. The staff brew espresso straight into plastic cups. I explained how wrong this is. The girl tells me "I promise it doesn't melt the plastic". How much time are you saving by doing this. How hard is it to brew espresso in a shot glass and pour it over ice. Lazy!!! If u want your drink to have melted plastic in it. Go here!!!
