We each ordered soup before our meal and loved it. Clam chowder and chicken and rice. Very good. I had the Cajun pasta which was good; my boyfriend had chicken and he said it was just Ok. He wished he had ordered the ribs. Our server was a doll and made for a pleasant night. Margaritas good! We sat outside on a very nice night and it’s nice bc they don’t put people right on top of you. We will be back.
Visited San Diego Grill for supper April 22, 2022. My wife had chicken fajitas and I had a New York strip steak. The food was excellent and price is very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Normally this would be my first choice. I was really disappointed. My meal on this evening was not on par with my many previous experiences. The portion size of my fish was exceptionally small and the mixed vegetables we're more oily than flavorful, unlike the way they usually are.
Late Sunday lunch with a couple who had never eaten at San Diego Grill. The food and drinks were awesome as always. Greater server...can't remember her name at the moment. Never disappointed with the service or food.
Once again this place impresses my guests and me. 1:00 PM on a Wednesday and this place is packed! What's the big draw? Great food at a reasonable price? Smiling welcoming staff? Entree prices? Wait staff that is on the ball? Customer's feel at home here? Well, ALL OF THE ABOVE! Once you have tried this place, you will return! Enjoy.
A friend of my husband's took us here twice. Great service and the club sandwich was great. The cabbage and corned beef fo St. Patrick's Day...not so much. But then this is not an Irish pub, and the service more than made up for the lack of seasoning.
Went there today for the first time after I received an email about their pot roast special. Called to check times and asked about the special told they have the pot roast today as the special. Got in the car and drove there. Sat down and ordered the pot roast special only for our server to come back and say they just ran out of the pot roast. So after looking at the menu ordered a ham and Swiss cheeses sandwich. Received. Turkey, bacon, ham and American cheese club sandwich. Told the server that was. It what I ordered so he fixed that. Just like my spouse just said, even 5e ugh we did not get the pot roast he doesn’t believe we missed anything special.
Love Love Love this restaurant! The food is always amazing no matter when you go. The portions are huge and the staff is always friendly. Great atmosphere and full bar. I have ordered several different types of dishes here and I am always happy with my decision.
Food is fresh, made in house and cooked perfectly. They have a wide variety of fresh brewed teas.
My wife and I went today 1st time and we will defiantly return. The restaurant is very clear the staff friendly, and the food is very good. We Amanda for our waitress excellent service and very accommodating and Brandan was in charge showing us to our table and checking if all was ok, very pleasant young man. My wife had the Mahi tacos and I had the Turkey dinner both were very good. Also everything is reasonable price wise. We will go back and tell our friends about this restaurant
