I was told my order would be 45 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes later, then told 8 minutes. 10 minutes later I saw them out my wings on top of oven. 15 minutes later they took my pizza out of oven. When they put food on counter wings were luke warm. When I said something the older lady at counter argued with me then proceed to throw my pizza and wings on back counter. When I said I would not be back, she replied"good". She embarrassed me on front of restraunt, rude as can be. Do not participate in this restraunt s unprofessionalism.
Been buying calzones there for a few years. I ordered a Meatlovers Calzone and asked for two garlic butters instead of Marrano sauce. And got Marrano sauce when asked about getting an extra one garlic, it was like it was a big deal and he'd(cook) said he have ring up another butter, I said really ! Mom the lady that runs the place gives me two without charging for an extra butter. Last week I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and got two tiny meatball about the size of Chef Boyardi's that come in a can ! I won't be ordering that again even though I saw many on a person's plate inside of restaurant !
We visited pizza city on 3-19-22. It was delicious. We ordered pin wheels and and slice of red velvet cheesecake. Both were very good. The cheesecake was the bomb. It is well worth the money. Didn't catch her name but the lady that took our order was very friendly. Place was very clean
Best pizza in Port Orange. Delicious authentic New York Style pizza at a good price. We ordered half pepperoni/sausage and half cheese and the pizza was not greasy at all! With the other chains around town you have to squeeze all the disgusting grease out to take a bite. This place rocks and we will be back!Edit 02/32/22: Just had them again tonight and same experience, great pizza.
Food was ok. I had an eggplant parmesan sandwich and fries. The eggplant was super thin and mushy. There was too much cheese and sauce which made the whole sandwich soggy. The fries were ok. Hot yes, edible yes, but still just ok.My mother had a slice of pizza and cheese ravioli that came with salad and bread. They did forget to bring the salad until she asked about it. She seemed to like hers but I tried a piece of her bread and it wasn't hot at all. She did say her pizza was just ok.The prices are decent. Not sure if the food is really worth the prices. It's all pretty cheap but should be cheaper. The atmosphere is very bland with no music. The cleanliness could be better. The service is pretty good. They're all pretty nice and mostly knowledgeable. As far as the cleanliness goes, they should replace at least some of the ceiling.. especially the parts where there's leak stains and black mold. In the women's bathroom, they definitely need to clean the fan that's covered in dust.
Yessss pizza city is da bomb! One time I made a pizza burrito out of 2 large pies and an order of garlic knots, ate the entire thing in 12 minutes and died for 12 seconds due to cardiac amazingness! For reals tho it's like so good guy I'd take out me eye fer a pie ya kna mean
First off, i’ve been going here for YEARS. Since they were Mickeys, Danielle’s and more. I’ve never had an issue until today, now they started offering wings RAW. I haven’t stopped vomiting since. Great experience.
The pinwheels are the best, we came back especially with them in mind. The owners are nice also.
Today I decided to treat myself and a friend to lunch at what WAS one of my favorite little known Italian restaurants in Port Orange. We got all the way home with our order of wings and were disgusted to literally bite into bloody chicken. Sadly my friend got sick. This food was so bad undercooked that it still was bloody even after I attempted to recook them in my air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. This is NOT a safe place to eat. BE WARE! What really makes this experience especially unsettling is that the owner was not surprised by the report of her staff serving raw food. She has not issued me a refund and is instead claiming that herself and the staff cannot locate my order ticket. I will be contacting the health department. Please do not risk yourself and your family’s healthy eating here.
Usually my favorite pizza stop, yesterday not so much. After the long wait for our food while listening to all the arguing with the owners and staff, my food came out burnt. I asked the waitress about it, she blew it off. Got up and took it to the owner who said it should absolutely not look like that. Tried again only to receive it burned again. She did however take it off the bill. We took everything to go after that & I left hungry. Don't know if I'll go again, time will tell.
