Great food, fun vibe and nice location. What more can I say?! Large portions, good prices and the place was hopping.
We liked it. Small out of the way friendly restaurant. They serve breakfast and lunch only. I would recommend the Crabcakes Benedict. It was excellent. I wanted some potato cakes but they were out of them. We'll go earlier the next time.
Love, Love, Love this place! It's small, and they are a cash-only place (so take your money or use their ATM machine), but It's a real friendly place, and great for breakfast or lunch - they close at 2. Don't dress up, though, this place is strictly non-fancy. Anyone who puts Mickey Mouse ears on a pancake gets my vote!
I've been going to Pat's for 20 years. It hasn't changed. Great food. Great waitresses. You pretty much want to sit there all day. You look out the windows at water & birds. I Love This Place. It's like you're sitting in your friends kitchen. ?????
Just a fun relaxed place to eat. Special of roast beef was excellent. Closes at 1400. Cash only so be ready… atm here somewhere?
Quaint little water front location. Have cash on hand no credit cards accepted. ATM on-site charges $2.99 for withdrawal. Food was good
This is a great breakfast spot that seems to be a favorite among the locals. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Pat's was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint!
Stick to the basics. Robert De Niro says your blueberry pancakes need some attention...Who gets this?Plus side, location, location, location... Beautiful, really.
Can't comment on food, left after an hour of getting absolutely nothing but coffee, took 25 minutes to take my order, never brought food!!! Meanwhile as I'm sitting there I watched a group of 10 who weren't even there when we were seated get seated and served before us! We finally decided to leave as the wait staff only seems to be concerned about larger groups, probably because in their limited minds that's where the tips are! I guarantee them that they've served larger groups that leave less tips than I do for 2 people! I finally got disgusted left a $5 on the table for the coffee, told one of the Women it was enough, NO APOLOGIES, NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT, NOTHING! Whoever owns this place should be ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSED by the service their staff provided today... I'm sure in their minds I'm somehow wrong...
Awesome location and friendly staff. Food was great but the view and atmosphere were better!
