I ordered an unsweet tea and then ask if they had Splenda because I cannot have sugar due to help reasons. They said we only have sugar packets and I’m like well that’s not great for people that can’t have sugar. The only option they have for someone with diabetes is water or diet soda. So I go up to the window where the young girl got an older manager to hand me my food who didn’t say one word to me not even after my hello. Second girl hands me my daughters drink and I say thank you have a good day. Again nothing just closed the window. I just decided to go to a local restaurant nearby fast food restaurant we’ve all been to get a unsweet tea with Splenda the girl at the checkout counter greeted me and the girl that I got the drink from told me to have a great day the level of customer service at this restaurant just lacks we need a little bit more of that in everybody’s life … little bit more smiles.
Closes inside early still??? Everyone pretends there isnt someone THERE trying to get food.I dealt with this for a solid year before getting tired of it enough to leave this review.Lost my business permanently - will never go here again
When you order online for a pick up, get there only to find you still have to wait in drive through line 20 minutes after you ordered to find out lobby closed and food not ready. Have to wait another 12 minutes. They m order not even RightGet over covid. Open your lobbies. So over customer service in this world. Pay y employees and then they might wanna work
Worse location ever. It is hit or miss if the dining room will be open. I usually ride my bike and a lot of the time the dining room is closed. If you order via the drive thru, good luck getting a nice portion. If the dining room is open, service is really bad, as they cater to the drive thru. As soon as I use all of my gift card I will never come here again.
While the drive thru was certainly the speediest one I've been through, the food looked like it had been sitting under the warmer for hours. The breading on the honey walnut shrimp had completely fallen off and formed an inedible pile of mush. The remaining shrimp were cold as were the noodles. The reason for 3 stars and not 1 is that the other dish I ordered looked fresh, orange chicken and rice. But it was unacceptable to serve the shrimp in that soggy condition.
Terrible. Ordered a bowl which include entree and side. I chose steak and fried rice. The menu showed that it would be $7.10 instead they charged a surcharge of $1.25 on top of $7.10. It had mostly onions and the stems of broccoli, not the floret. Very little meat. The rice was not fully cooked. Bad experience!
Drive thru was only option when I revisited. This is an edited review, taking them down two stars. The service didnt match the price. Lackluster and mumbling employee at drive through. Of course 10 minute wait for something..never offered discount. Food is brought and more filler than entree. 8 pieces of entree meat. Chow mein dry as a bone. No sauces. It will be awhile before I revisit.
This review is for the West ISB location. My food was cold and flavorless. They were out of teriyaki chicken which was fine. My real gripe was with the portion size....Super small. I'm very disappointed!
Tried going here to order lunch and sat in the drive-through for a few minutes before I realized that there was nobody inside the store to help. The sign on the door says that the lobby is closed and to use the drive-through. Nobody must’ve showed up to work.
The orange chicken and chow mein are really good here, I definitely recommend it. The location is good too, as you can eat and then go shopping.
