Friendly waitress and timely service. Generous portions and perfectly al dente pasta.
I've been going to olive garden for years, in a few different states as well. This olive garden in Port Orange was very well put together. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and spot on food. Our waitress was great with my kids and made sons birthday very special. Keep up the great work.
Great lunch spot, very busy and like alot of places these days was under staffed but our server did her best, run off her feet!
We went there last night with our two girls one 9 and one 2 who has autism. The waitress was very patient and understanding. The manger noticed we w here having some problems keeping our 2 year old seated so she came over and asked if there was anything that side can do to help us out that she has 3 of her own. We told her that the little one has autism and that our 9 year old is to trying to understand that. She brought the girls over stickers and another tablet so that they both had one to play with. And her and the waitress gave my 9 year old a little bag that they wrote big sister one with a little something just for her. They were so great with making us feel welcomed and wanted there. We will definitely be going back.
An reliably excellent experience ? We started with Calamari, Shrimp(?)appetizer, salad, soup, Fettuccine Alfredo, & wrapped it up with Tiramisu and cappuccino w/ Bailey'sOur server, Anthony(ahhy Tony ?)he was the absolute best ❤The appetizers were big enough to serve as entrees! So I stuck with south and salad so I could indulge on THE BEST Tiramisu???
I had a wonderful lunch, for one.The staff was super friendly, really the best. Not the young temps. The food was good and the lunch pricing was very reasonable.I look forward going back for another lunch, I'll bring a friend this time, or not and just enjoy the ambiance for myself.Enjoy
This location has amazing employees who go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! Our most recent visit really stood out though! We saw when we pulled into the parking lot that they were busy, but we were willing to wait. They said it would be about a 15 minute wait, which isn’t bad at all. We went to the bar to grab a drink while we waited for our table. The bartender, Miranda, was so sweet and very attentive. We got the text that our table was ready and we were seated immediately. However, it took a little longer than usual for our server to come to the table. Understanding that they were super busy, and knowing there were a few seats at the bar, we decided to take a load off of our servers’ shoulders, and go back to the bar and eat there. The service was amazing!! The food was perfect! Plus to top it all off Miranda told us to save room for dessert because it would be on the house. We thanked her and told her that wasn’t necessary, but she insisted. While we were eating, the manager on duty, Jesse, even stopped by to apologize for us not being greeted by a waiter at the table. We assured him that we were not upset but thanked him for talking with us. Once we had finished our meals and were getting ready to cash out, Miranda informed us that our entire meal was on the house. We couldn’t believe it! We tipped her well and thanked her and Jesse for the amazing customer service and wonderful meals. It’s people like this that remind us that good customer service still exists!!
The food is unquestionably delicious. But our server is the one who earned the 5th star! Despite it being a crazy busy night, Jon was on point! Kept our table with drinks, fresh bread, and everything was timed just right. He was funny, personable, and addressed my 11 year old as a person!! He did a great job!!! Thank you, Jon!
Missed this place since Covid happened March 13, 2020. So good to be back into dining again ???? missed those bread sticks and salads. Love this one cause of the warm welcoming you get every time, along with the cleanliness of the restaurant...
I live in Port Orange and this Olive Garden is right down the road. The last few times my family has gone the service has not been great, so when my daughter said she wanted to go for lunch I was hesitant, but how can you turn down your teenager for spending time with you over some all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks. This time around the service was fantastic. I'm originally from a small logging town in Wisconsin where everyone knows everyone, and I'm finding myself sitting there thinking I don't think I've ever received service this friendly, not even back home. I did just have a rotten experience at another restaurant a few days earlier, so maybe I'm just comparing this experience to that one. Just as I'm thinking this, my teenager pipes up and says the exact thing I was just thinking. Being the father of a teenager is hard. They look to people outside of the home to emulate and you don't always know if you're succeeding as a parent, but when they pick up on stuff like this it restores my faith in humanity that there are still good people out there to lead them. Thank you Josey for waiting on us the other day. I don't know anything about you, but whatever you do in life be on the front lines with people; you have a natural gift for it, and a friendly heart. My daughter and I were thoroughly impressed with the kindness we received this time around.
