I wasn't aware that I needed to request my burger to be cooked! Unfortunately this is the 2nd time this has happened in the last month...really thought it was just a bad day on the cooks part the 1st time but after today...NAH! Sure, you can trample back to have it corrected but seriously 1). I get a 45 minute lunch 2). If I did have the time...everything else is ice cold when you are finally able to eat (and we all know how their fries are cold ) And 3). @$4+ a gallon of gas back & forth again...I could've just had a gourmet burger elsewhere! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE...No consistency!
Five stars alone because of employee Ronnie. Looked at his name tag after he literally made a point to make an average dinner trip to McDonald’s special for my daughter. He overheard her say she wanted a certain toy for her happy meal and he went above and beyond to get that exact toy to give to her and to make her feel special. I also watched him clean up a mess made by another small child (accidentally) and he really made the child feel like it wasn’t a big deal as he cleaned it up with a smile. He really seems like an amazing employee and it really made my daughters night. Thank you Ronnie! ?
Unbelievable how horribly this most popular fast food restaurant has fallen! These kids can't even count change back but, they're getting $13 an hour! If my bill is $24.34, and I give you $24.35 and you used a calculator to figure out my change! Something is definitely wrong here! The quality of the food has declined horribly! Our food was cold had 30 nuggets and only was allowed 4 sauces! Didn't even have the sauce I wanted. Asked for blueberry muffins they didn't have any then tried to get the apple fritters then got to window to be told no they didn't have any of those either! We got cinnamon rolls. The ice cream machine has been broken for almost a month now!!!
Everybody’s always too busy no attention to detail. Wait 10 minutes in line ask for your order ask them to take something off that you’re allergic to and don’t like and they forget, then it will take another 15 minutes to get that corrected. Attention to detail!
Your store has an issue with traffic cutting people off from the Arby's side. Essentially they can barge in and skip waiting respectfully in line. Also people think you're closed at night time because your drive thru signs are dim and uninviting so they all flock to the left drive thru order screen causing clutter. This location has very efficient employees and although my last order was made wrong I am still happy with this location. Just needs to the west entrance to guide people around the building into the actual line. I'm sure this would also get rid of some customer confrontation keeping your employees safe from verbal abuse from customers u happy with such activities. Chick-fil-A has the cone colored post markers to guide people around their building so I think it would help solve a lot of headache to invest in a few of those.
I Usually wouldn't say anything, but this is the 3rd time at this McDonald's to get it wrong. So I always ask for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe no onions extra pickles. They give me A quarter pounder with no pickles and no ketchup, just meet, Cheese, onions, and Mustard blah ?. I wish I never wasted my time and money!

I like the food but the person who is taking our order needed a little more training. When we would ask about different sandwiches on the menu all their answer was was I don't know. It didn't take long in the Drive-Thru but it did take a while waiting to get our order because of it not being right the first two times they passed it to us in the car.
I go to this one often. My food is always hot. One thing I can't stand is Luke warm french fries and re-nuked burgers!! I mainly go for breakfast and it always comes out perfect, fresh, and the hash browns are always nice and crispy ? not soggy and mush like.
Well I stopped there for a quick breakfast sandwich! Paid for my order, mind you the kid taking the order spoke so fast I didn’t understand what he was saying! Plus I really don’t think he understood English very well. Anyway go to the pickup window they say my order and I say no it’s a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. She says well something went wrong I got to make the sandwich could I please move up and wait. I say sure! She told me to move to the front so I go to the front of the store and wait! Get my breakfast telling the person I ordered a bacon egg and cheese! She says oh she wanted you to just move forward. Oh well I get my bag and leave. I go to eat my breakfast and to my surprise it’s a dry biscuit with a piece of dried up chicken on it!!!! I now have no breakfast! Thanks McDonalds for screwing up my order again!!! ????
