Ordered delivery and food was delivered on time, at proper temperature and as ordered with modifications. Only minor complaint was both Big Kahuna cheesesteak subs were a tad bit overcooked, but were very tasty as usual. Jersey Mike's rarely disappoints.
The employees that work here don't even care about their job seeing as how everything is on their terms at their convenience. This particular store has gone down year after year after year. Very disappointing.....I haven't had a single positive experience from this store in at least 5 years after this evening speaking to the employee about an online order I will definitely never order from this location ever again save your money people !
Amazing service! We are from out of town and had a hard time finding the place cause our GPS lagged! We supper appreciate the kindness!!!! You all are the best!!!!!!!!
My sister ordered 5 subs, and they were very disappointing. I just moved here from Erie, PA, and my husband and I order subs there all the time at\\nJersey Mike's and they are fabulous and very meaty.\\nThe ones we ordered last night were very skimpy on the meat and cheese, very different from the ones we had in Erie. Will not be ordering again.
Why does this store RARELY answer the phone?? For well over a year I've attempted to call ahead but you rarely answer the phone. I get there and it's slow. Walk in still trying to call and the phone isn't ringing. They \\\"say\\\" it's their Spectrum phone system. Over a year? At what point do you do something to fix it. Can't tell you how many times I've gone somewhere else. You're losing SOOOOOOO much business. Your subs are awesome but if I can't order ahead to have it ready I'm going somewhere else. It's a shame you can't fix the phone problem.
After hearing about it for a long time...we finally tried it. Great little lunch spot on the go.
The tuna was super fishy tasting and the tomatoes were mealy and tasteless .

This location is in a strip mall and can be quite busy. I know the employees are used to moving things along as quickly as possible. I ordered 3 Giant Subs all which I wanted on Rosemary Parma Bread. However, when placing my order the person writing down my order did not ask me which bread I wanted. By the time I was able to request the Rosemary Parma Bread, a sandwich maker was already constructing the sandwiches. Yes, I could have made them start over, BUT I am not a wasteful person. I am merely mentioning this part of my experience to encourage You to state your choice of bread first, (That is what I will do next time). Hopefully, that will avoid the same thing happening to you.NOW, the sandwiches were made perfectly in content and Delicious. I like this location. The people are Nice. They are helpful and I am Sure they would have been Happy to swap out the bread loaves had I asked them to do so. I Totally Understand the need to be quick on their side of the counter. With Jersey Mike's around why do we need subway anymore? For the same price you can get a sub with almost triple the meat and toppings it's a win, win. I would give 4*'s but I placed my order thru the app at 149PM and it said to pick it up at 234 that's a long time.
