Phenomenal meal overall. I went with a group of picky and allergy-ridden eaters. All were very polite, professional and accommodating. Big shout out to Sophia and Oscar. The atmosphere gets a well-deserved five-star rating. The place was gorgeous, clean and smelled amazingly delicious. Biggest highlight was the seafood. Huge shrimp, big fat scallops and a decent size lobster tail all fresh and delicious. After the first visit Ginza became my go-to teppanyaki spot.
Love the service, food is always great.
Appetizer came after soup and salad. Entree was brought out five minutes later. Rushed us through the courses. Complained to manager very rude. Won’t go back with that smart attitude.
Our experience tonight was a disappointment, to say the least. We ordered hibachi and asked for no noodles, extra rice. When our bill arrived, we were surprised to see that we were charged $4.50 per plate (4 plates total) for a side of rice. When we brought this to our waitress’ attention, she explained there was an up-charge for switching noodles for rice. No hibachi place in our area up-charges for switching one item for another like this. When we originally asked for the substitution, the waitress did not say anything about an additional charge. In fact when we were ordering I had asked for a side of rice for my baby and she was the one who mentioned that we could switch out the noodles or vegetables for extra rice. It seems a little ridiculous to be charged $18 for substituting rice and noodles. I voiced my frustrations to the waitress and she simply said that she is new and that the manager put the order in so it must be correct. Needless to say, we will be going to other Hibachi restaurants from now on.
Great food and service. We did the hibachi grill and the food and portions were great. The chef didn’t have any amazing tricks but he was polite and the food was great. 4/5 would be my vite but the portions and quality =5/5.
I don’t go there a lot but when I do great food! Presentation and quality of the sushi is higher then most places. Service was good this time, in the past it up and down but always happy with the food.
Always fantastic. Hands down my favorite sushi in Port Orange!!!
Tried to make reservations for my husbands birthday but they said they do not take them. Got there at 7:30pm with a party of 9 and they said it was an hour wait. It was freezing outside and there was no where to stand to wait other than outside. No thank you! They need to take reservations when they have huge party’s of people! They lost our business tonight and missed out on 9 people that would have spent a ton of cash
Quiet relaxing atmosphere. Great food the chef was very entertaining. Service is Awesome. Would reccomend for for couples and or family dinners.
Had cold food, extremely expensive, no one understands you when you tell them you got the wrong order! Very dissatisfied
