The night crew has become garbage, I waited 5 minutes at the intercom with no other guests there, was greeted with an attitude, had to repeat the first two drinks of my order 4 times, was told to pull forward without my order being complete, once I stated I wasn’t done with my 3 drink order the lady went completely quiet and ignored us. This use to be my favorite Dunkin but I completely refuse to go here anymore.
What a rip off. I ordered the pepper bacon which says extra bacon. I get one piece of bacon and all they look like they do is sprinkle some pepper on top of the regular bacon. Lol! Get your food somewhere else until they can learn to make a decent sandwich. It cost me $6!
I never had a problem I used to work there many years ago when I was like 16, I just go there sometimes before work for my coffee.An there's never anything wrong.Keep it up u guys ??

Awful customer service. They didn’t hand us all of our food and we said something and this lady had an awful attitude with my family and I. Worst dunkin I have ever been to. Don’t recommend coming here
Use to go to this Dunkin’ because they were always fast and my drink was always good, now there is new employees and it seems like no one is training them or they just don’t care. I went in the other day and ordered a sprinkle donut and the man even asked again at the window and when I got home it was a glazed donut that’s it… went back again today cause things happen I get it and the lady taking the order was rude and kept rushing our order… mind you we only got two drinks and she kept sighing in the headset and clicking her tongue like we were a bother… then she repeated the order back for the two drinks and it was all wrong. And the coffee taste like it was made and sat all day and I had to doctor my drinkUp at home just to make it bearable to drink. Definitely switching locations again.
The culture at this store is awful. Took my 6 year old daughter in for a donut after school and walked in to two employees conversations full of cursing. It seemed like I was putting them out to even take my order. Manager on staff didn’t seem to notice or care. When my coffee was ready it just sat there without announcement. Cursing continued amongst the staff throughout the visit. Will not be back. If I owned this location I’d fire everyone in the afternoon shift and start over.
Hot coffee spilled down the side of container...was overflowing and got all over my car
Got donuts from this store tonight. A full dozen mixed varieties and I have had better donuts from the gas station. They didn’t taste fresh. Almost like a day old donut tastes. Should have gone to Krispie Kreme
I have no idea what's happening at this Dunkin Doughnuts? This is the only D.D that never taste good? I had to stop going here because my coffee never taste good. I don't know why but maybe they're not changing the coffee machine or something. Ever other D.D I go to taste great. Please do something about why your hot coffee don't taste good???
