My husband and I ordered pizza tonight and we never received the order although our money was taken and our order was placed. According to the tracker the pizza was quality checked and after 45 minutes of waiting outside in the dark with the mosquitoes we decided to go to sleep but we were very hungry.
I order on the Domino’s app and carryout. It’s always exactly as ordered, usually ready in 15 minutes. If you order through the app you can use deals aka coupons. $7.99 plus tax for a large 3 topping carryout pizza. Saves $11.
If you live in this area, go to another store.Order was over an hour late with deleverly. Order had the new bread sticks andagain dip. The Order was so cold the cheese was rock hard and the pizza colder then ice. I called the store and spoke to an associate said sorry for the the issue and they were running behind. Understable in the world we live in. He said he was going to leave a note on my account to get a new order sent me since their delivery was looking 1 and half to 2 hours behind. He said call and speak to a manager.When it came time I was ready to try again this location let me down again by denying my request for a free redo on the Order. Spoke to manager Austin ( which is all over Google reviews) said no there was no record of the credit and said he had people all time asking for free food. I wasn't asking for a free meal, I was asking for one warm meal that was eidable, NOT a free meal ...In short if you want dominos. I''d drive to the Nova rd store in S. Daytona. 0/10 will not eat port orange dominos agaain.
This is the cheese dip burnt and nothing at all like a dip. I couldn't even scrape it off the tin. When I called the store the manager told me to call corporate if I have a problem and refused to give me his name. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO A CHAIN RESTAURANT
Second time ordering from here and both time the pizza sucked was dry and cold like it's been sitting for hours in the box and wings were under cooked had to throw them in the air-fryer, ordered coca cola and the send cherry coke. $45 wasted. Never again will I order from here
My order wasn’t correct, they added extra cheese without being asked too and wouldn’t deliver the correct thing.
I love dominos but I’m very annoyed With this location. I order from here often. I usually get the same items. My favorite items from here are the parmesan bites so I also order extra dipping sauce. Every time I’ve ordered them they ALWAYS FORGET THE SAUCE!! Its upsetting because I order the sauce for a reason! And I’m paying for them it’s not like they are free! I get it sometimes you forget it’s a mistake but it no longer is a mistake when it’s every time I order the bites. I’ve called to complain multiple times. I’m tired of hearing I’m sorry we will get them to you next time. There won’t be a next time if this continues. Next time I will send it all back get it togetherSigned- A paying customer
Advertise a large 3 item for $7.99 . Then get told it's $16.00. They say they DO NOT HONOR CORPORATE DISCOUNTS. Pizza was terrible, Bad Attitudes in the store.Don't waste your money as Food ,Service and Prices SUCK. Will not EVER go back. Asked Corporate to have the Franchise Owner contact me. Has not happpenedyet. The store has all the Corporate offers on the Counter and then get told they don't honor is a joke. Corporate was not any help either. Go to Albertos Pizza....they are the Best Around .
I had a terrible experience with this store, I would highly recommend taking your pizza business elsewhere. We ordered four pizzas and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we arrived and was told one of the pizzas had an air bubble in the dough and exploded so it would be another 15 minutes to finish cooking it. After 30 minutes it was completed, and we took the pizzas home only to find out one of the pizzas was missing ingredients we had ordered! I call the Manager James, and he assured me my next pizza would be free and said it would be documented under my phone number. When I called to order my next pizza, James was not there but the General Manager said he could not honor the free pizza because it wasn't documented under my phone number! Very disappointing.
We ordered two pizzas last week and received a Domino's Corporate coupon for a free pizza this week. We reordered another two pizzas this week, expecting to use the coupon for one of these. When my son arrived at Domino's to do the pick up, the manager informed him that they do not honor Corporate coupons and was extremely rude when I later questioned him on the phone...never another pizza or anything else from this company.
