Nancy is always so nice. She makes us feel like family when we come in the afternoon. All the people here are so nice and its always clean and food is always good. If you have a problem they try to make things right
Our first visit here, as we usually go to our hometown DQ in New Smyrna. Clean, friendly, and fast! Employees were friendly, brought our order to us, and smiled when they were talking with you. All of the food we got was great and properly prepared.
We eat here often. This DQ has the hardest working manager we've ever seen. Bob is helpful to customers and patient with employees. He works hard to get your order correct the first time. Thanks for all you do!
Drive through was fast. Sundae was good.Second time ate in, had tenders. They were decent. Some of the staff hated life and noticed that both times I went.
This Dairy Queen looks nice and new but the Indian manager fails to understand the concept of customer satisfaction. The food isn’t that tasty for the price and my daughter even found a long hair in her chicken tender basket. I ordered an ice cream cake and it was was nothing but butter cream icing covering ice cream. No cake was present like the sign portrays. It was a big disappointment! If you want a TRUE ice cream CAKE, then go to Publix not DQ!
I wasn't a Dairy Queen person but I have changed my mind. The burger ? was great. Enjoyed the blizzard also ? will be back soon.
The hambugers where overcooked and dry. The tables where clean and the ice cream was really good. I would go again for dessert but not sure if i would order the hamburgers again.
Went with 3 boys ages 4, 6 and 7 they love to go inside the staff is nice to them
Impressively run! The staff is well-trained and professional. The store is clean. The food is excellent. Best chili dogs around, seriously! Sometimes the amount of chili varies depending on who made it, but otherwise, they consistently do a great job. The owners run a tight ship.
I was coming here every day to get the same strawberry milkshake and every time I ordered it it came out different the final time I confronted the manager about the inconsistency of my order everyday and he accused me of complaining too much so I will not go here anymore the manager was rude and obviously doesn't know consistency is key in fast food I shouldn't have to do his job for him this place needs a different manager. And everytime I order food from here it looks like a child made it it's sloppy falling apart and again not consistent
