What has happened to this once very nicely run resturant. At one time you went and placed your order and a nice person would bring it to.the table. And all the staff behind the counter were busy and orderly. Not anymore . The staff behind the counter are just standing around in a group talking of horse playing with each other. The ice cream machine looks messy and drippy and not very clean. I waited 20 min.s for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and 2 ice cream sundae. While I stood there and watch 7 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing . No cars at the drive through no customers at the counter. Yet I waited 20 to 23 min.s even the manager asked me twice if I was being helped. Some one in.charge needs to take control of these young workers and supervise them . The only person that was busy was a darker haired women over 40 she was vacuuming the rug at the door. The rest of these children workers were doing nothing .goofing off . One kid had to.get a taking to.by the Mgr and then.he was sent home. Whoever took over the ownership of this place really needs to start running it like a business not a day care center for children workers.

Sorry, but I'm just not a fan of Culver's's food, especially for the prices they charge. The burgers are nothing special- about the same quality and flavor as Wendy's, in my opinion. The frozen custard is WAAAAAY too sweet. My husband ordered the chili and crinkle fries. He said the chili lacked sufficient meat and beans and he just plain didn't like the fries.

Their food is great. They have had some issues with getting orders wrong in my experience though. (This is probably due to new employees, because of the current difficulty in obtaining and keeping employees at this time.) So I recently got an order and they forgot some items. I called them once I was home. I was very upset and rude. I spoke to the manager, a young man named Carl. He did a great job, was very mature and empathetic. He was so kind he made it impossible to stay angry. I went back and picked up the missing items and a free meal. They have great food and great customer service.

My burger was good but when I choose cheddar cheese as a choice, I do not expect a slice of processed cheese. And what was even worse, the cheese wasn't melted. :-( I also got sautéed onions but only one little teaspoon. All the condiments were on one side the burger. So open up that burger and spread the condiments to the edges before eating it. The Cheese curds were okay. I think they are better when hot. Mine seemed lukewarm and could have been a lot better. The unsweetened tea was out but the girl at the counter was so sweet and took time out to fill my drink when she was so busy. I will try it again.

Very slow, food was ok at best. Burger burnt. Wisconsin melt had burnt bread. Lady cleaning up had her vacuum inches from our food and the exhaust of the vac was blowing over our table. Overall a horrible experience and we would not recommend anyone ever come here.

Everytime we have gone to this location since being in the area temporarily, we have been disappointed. Every order has been messed up. I even called once awhile back and I was told I'd get coupons in the mail. Well...never received them. Thankfully we will have our AMAZING location back in Illinois when we go back soon! Definitely do not recommend this location AT ALL.From cold food, missing bacon, barely any condiments, cold fries, etc. We have had a sad experience.

So good! Always made fresh and right. I love their fish sandwich. Best one around. All their workers do a great job too. I usually go at least once a week!

This was actually the best burger I have ever had and the cheese curds were too. And the shake was so smooth and creamy.. I highly recommend this place to everyone

...for fast food, very good.I rank it with Chic-fil-aSeams fresh and tasty. The Naples and Port Orange dinning rooms are pleasant and clean.Service staff was nice.

Culver’s was my most popular fast food place until I got sick from your chili. I really think it was close to food poisoning. Then I got a dish of ice cream yesterday and I found out you’re starting to WEIGHT your dishes. Good Bye Culver’s. Don’t you know your ice cream (custard) is your best advertisement. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. This just cheapens you.
