Decided to come here the other night to reminiscent old memories with a buddy of mine, we used to love coming here with our parents back in the day. When we walked up to this dump and walked in, I immediately said "Yeah, this place hasn't changed one bit!". We were greeted by the employee very nicely. Once we paid, that's when everything headed south. The pizza selection was "Slim pickins", and the left over pieces looked like they were breathed all over with COVID germs of the little kids in this dump. It looked like there were only 3 employees working and they made it look as clear as day that they hated their jobs, they even turned away a potential customer outside! The cook slammed a pizza tray in the oven and made an angry face, it was quite terrifying. We spent a total of 2 hours here, and the Cinnamon Rolls were never once available until we decided to head out... let me tell you, even the Cinnamon Rolls were trash, see the picture attached! The cashier girl and cook chased each other around the dump as if they were about to mate. The cook even chased the girl around holding up a chair to the ceiling. Everyone looked disgusted with the food and the overall experience, the soda machine was even out of ice. I decided to go check out the arcade machines in the back and found a used condom on the pinball machine. When we walked outside, I immediately felt like I had to replicate what I ate. I barely even made it home without dumping in my pants while driving.
Loved coming here with the family. All the kids enjoyed the arcade and the pizza was always hot! Nice way to take the kids out without having to spend a fortune. The staff was very attentive especially Gabriel who assisted us and the kids around the buffet. 5/5 Highly recommend.
Came here on a Thursday around 2 pm , Even though they weren’t very busy, they were still very attentive , one of the pizza makers told me that they would make any pizza fresh with whatever toppings I want on it specifically for me .I was unaware that they were so willing to help and convenient. The pizza’s were still coming out fresh just for us….the salad bar was seriously fresh and the desserts were great as well. The price wasn’t bad for the service.we will definitely return
Gabriel is amazing. We arrived late and he made sure to ask us about anything we may want before they cleaned up so we could enjoy our experience. He was super courteous and has amazing customer service. The food was great and hot and fresh even though it was close to their closing time. It was cleaned and tidy and he just really went over and above to make our night special for us. Thank you again, Gabriel!
This is an inexpensive buffet. Good for families and no hassle to pick what everyone wants. Quick ordering and easy to maneuver buffet line.Only complaint would be to freshen up the bathrooms more often.

Manager made sure we were satisfied in all aspects Wednesday night and as well as crew members. Cant go wrong on the quality of the food either. Great way to end the day at CiCis.Thanks management!

Wow! I came in Friday morning and there was only two people working. The manager Alexis was making sure everything was up and running. Her and the cook didn’t stop. There was at least 15 tables in and she went up to everyone and made sure everyone was happy with everything while keeping up with the buffet. Everything was clean and fresh. Great experience
I have to say, after all the times I’ve gone because it’s my kid’s favorite place, today was the best it has ever been. The salad was fresh, the pizza was crunchy and delicious. I was very impressed with the customer service and am very happy to see all these improvements! =)
