Pizza was great, they are a little stingy on the chicken wings. The tables were dirty. The restaurant was very cold to sit in. The storm blew something out and all the game's stopped working but the staff didn't let anyone know until we asked if the games weren't working, but the games were taking the points on the kids cards so 20 min after they stopped working they finally announced that they weren't and gave everyone 30 points for their cards. Oh and they ran out of root beer. Being from Idaho this one doesn't rate very high in my opinion.
As a mom of 5 Kids Addicted to Chuck E Cheese like it’s Crack, Definitely the best Staff I’ve ever seen. Kids are annoying af and They All Handle them amazingly. Keeping stuff clean, friendly, fast
Definitely needs upgrades to modernized gaming but always a fun easy place to play for the 1 to about 5 year Olds after that it dwindles off not much,not the worst by far, good staff usually no problems.
Came to use our rewards of 30 minutes free play time. Quite quiet compared to last summer. Wow. Kids have full run of the place. We had the absolute most fun with the photo booth that does cool effects. Other establishments do not seem to have them. Kids lived the 3d dinosaur game/ride. This store was super clean and there was a variety of games for adults and kids. Had a blast and didn't even make full rounds of all the games.
2, one hour cards for 40ish bucks is pretty good deal for entertaining your kids. The food is what you'd expect but way over priced. I enjoyed the chicken wings but the "regular" order of wings is $17 for 6 wings ? inflation, I guess.
Fantastic party was put on for my son. The host Courtney was fantastic and fun! The place is clean and in good working condition
Experience was great. Prices were not and the pizza left a lot to be desired with burnt areas for the inflated price. Kids liked the games though.
Hadn't 4 yr old bday there & the kids had a blast the pizza was fresh & hot & the hostess was so good she made sure we had everything & ran the entertainment with Chucky worth every penny nice decorations & goodie bags plus the all you can play was the big hit thank you for making his bday
I take my kids here to play the games. I haven't tried their food yet. But for 5 kids to play for 2 hours was only around $40 total. It's a great place to get your kids out of the house and let them run around and play games. When you come in you get stamps on your arms and so when you leave someone can't just take your kid because each group gets their own numbered stamp. It's pretty cool to have that security measure in place. It looks small when you go in but there is actually a lot to do. They have cards now you can buy time or play points I suggest points but I haven't tried the time yet. You can combine all your tickets to one card. And I don't think it expires.
This place always has the nicest staff and it is clean. Just really nice to take my children here.
