As always the place was clean and updated with its ambiance and interiors. The food quality is consistent and delicious. A great option when you want cant decide and want quick , healthy and delicious food ..

I ordered Chipotle through the DoorDash app last week. I ordered a Burrito bowl and a large queso and chips. Did not recieve the Queso. I got a refund through DoorDash and reordered the chips and queso. I called the restaurant and spoke with a female employee. I informed her they forgot my queso in the first order but that I had reordered and was calling to ask that they not forget it this time. She apologized and said if I came in, they would replace it. I explained I was at work and I had already reordered it, I was just calling to ask that they not forget the queso again. She sarcastically said, "ok" and hung up. When I got my order it read, "Enjoy your queso" on the side and when I opened it, it was just a small queso, not the large that I had ordered. Very disappointed in this reaction by this restuarant and their employees and will not be a customer here again.

Website was down for ordering quesadilla. We asked to order over the counter in light of the problem, which suddenly brought a bit of life out of the host when he realized he could tell us NO, up to that point he was barely alive. We Requested manager two times and waited in line for 10 minutes for her to finally come out at her convenience and tell us "no" over and over before even looking at the website being down for pickup. This so called "manager" couldn't summon up any solution whatsoever for our problem in ordering and just couldn't wait to rudely tell us there's nothing she could do to ring up a quesadilla. Management is a JOKE at this location.

Came in for a quick bite. Food was standard Chipotle. It seems every Chipotle has a line out the door but the staff was able to mitigate it pretty effectively. During this visit the pollo asado ran out. A slight annoyance was that I went to order an adult cheese quesadilla and was told that I could not order while in line but I had to order it online. But I was able to order kids quesadillas in line ?. Overall the visit was fine and what you come to expect at most Chipotles.

It was my kids first time trying this place and... It will be their last. The food was too spicy and they put waaaaaay too much cheese on. My daughter called the cheese "nasty". This isn't my type of food so I didn't get anything nor did my husband but he agreed that the cheese was not very appetizing (although he DID like to meat). The employees were nice and the place was clean including the prep area but I can't offer any more stars for spicy meat or too much "nasty" cheese. The prices were about what you'd expect. Check it out for yourself, though. You may like it better than they did.

Love this establishment but Went there at 2pm on a Sunday not super busy compared to usual lunch hour. Got tiny portions and the girl who worked there knew that it was little amounts. Next time I will drive to the other location in Daytona Beach as I had a better experience. If they did not have enough they had you wait for a regular portion. This location should take notes from the other location. I don’t like to leave bad reviews or any reviews at all but felt it was needed because I hope someone sees it and improves this location.

Friendly service decent size portion in a nice location

This place has gone downhill bad. Waited 40 minutes for this is a $14 bowl!!! “Extra steak and chicken” it should have been but there’s no chicken not to mention the rice is over cooked and I hardly got any food in my bowl in the fist place. Also out of chips and guac. I feel like I paid for table scraps. You’d get better food at taco bell at this point.

Wow, really skimpy bowl…this was after asking for extra of most of the items since they were already giving up 1/2 servings. So basically had to ask for extra for the smallest bowl I’ve ever gotten. Also, rice was hard, and they didn’t even have any chips to serve.

Was great you can pick items that you want and it's prepared right in front of you. I am trying to lose some weight (I did cut out dessert after breakfast!) so I could pick lighter items to get for toppings. The best deal is to get a burrito bowl and order a couple of extra tortillas. I do like the newer vegetarian toppings ( plant based chorizo and the sofritas) but the chicken is actually lower calories than those selections. The kids working the prep area are very nice and most folks standing in line with you are helpful too.Overall a nice surprise and we will be back!
