If I could give zero stars, I would. We went last night for dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty. When we walked in, two employees (one of which was a member of management) turned and walked away. They went over to a table of people they knew to sit and chit chat. They kept looking up at us and then would go back to talking. We waited for awhile at the hostess podium before someone finally came to seat us. We were seated at the table behind where the two employees were sitting and talking to their friends. Again, we wait...and wait...and wait. All we ordered were two appetizers to eat. After ordering, our server never returned to our table. She walked by a few times and ignored us. She also would go to the table behind where the member of management was at and talk with the people at the table. We also never received drink refills. The food was terrible. We ordered boneless wings and cheese fries. The wings were room temperature and tasted awful. The fries were also room temperature and tasted as though they had been sitting out for awhile. The cheese was hard and burned. Chili's used to be good. It's been going downhill for awhile, but at this point McDonald's would be a better choice. Chili's is now below Denny's which is bad. We will never be back.

I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and fries.The burger patty was hot, thick, juicy and cooked perfectly. The bun was fresh and held up to the juice from the burger. The fries were hot, light and crunchy. (Most fries you receive from other delivered orders, are usually cold and soggy from the heat moisture.)This was an awesome meal! I will be ordering again! ☺️
Sean is a cool waiter. 10/10 always delivers excellent service and has a great personality. I've rarely had issues with my order here, but even when something is wrong, it's fixed immediately.
If there was an option I would have given a 0 star. Horrible experience at the host desk. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and were told 1.5 hour waiting since a big table was not available. Lack of staff etc. We offered to split and take 2 tables and then was told the tables are not nearby. As we were speaking there were other big groups of 4 and 3 people getting seats. Felt unwelcome and unfriendly. The next door Applebees was far better
Not good. First orde4 was wrong. I had to call and they gave me gift cards for the mistake. Second time ordering I got the original chicken critters. They was under cooked. I also had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and the chicken tasted like it came from a can or something. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cheese curds was halfway decent. I don't think I will be eating from this Chilies any longer. Thank you
For over 4 months now the frozen drink machine has been broken. Managers have been getting rude when questioned about it. One actually told us if we dont like it go down block to Applebees. 4 months and they wont even get a commercial blender and learn to make drinks the correct way. We used to eat here once a week. Will never be going back.

So we went to chili’s because we wanted to try there chicken and waffles because we heard they are pretty good. We arrive and we get seated quickly but our server took about 8 minutes to get to our table but nice enough the lady who sat us down took our drink order she didn’t have to but our server was very slow. Upon that 8 minutes she arrived and says “are you ready to order” and we said well yeah we’ve been here for 8 minutes and I think we know what we want ?. So we ordered the Chicken and waffles and I shared a quest burger I also wanted to try because why not. So we were sitting there for about also 50-1 hour and we finally got our food, but the lack of leadership showed that the manager didn’t take the time and responsibility to have her staff be quick and efficient and nice and friendly to your customers. Back to the food. Food was good nothing exciting about it, But then we were sitting there and the server didn’t ask if we were paying cash or card so we didn’t know the payment was on the Ziosk, although she could have been more attentive to tell us where to pay if we’re we’re paying with card. Service is poor and food was okay would not recommend this location and staff needs more training.
Food was great, server was friendly and professional. My one issue was the restaurant was almost completely empty and we had to ask for our appetizer after the food had already come out, our drink refills took a minute and we had to remind our server about our dessert just to receive the wrong thing. he did pay for our dessert considering we waited on it which was very kind but overall this was not my best experience eating here.
