Chick-fil-A is great and consistently as always. My chicken sandwish and fries were hot and delicious and my lemonade was really good too . Their service is always the best. Thank you for another awesome meal, You guys are the best!
Why can't I quit you, Chick-fil-A? Pretty standard. Great fried chicken sandwiches and nuggets. VERY long drive-through lines during breakfast and lunch despite two lanes. They employ extra workers to take orders via remote devices and direct traffic at these times.
The first thing you notice about this Chick-fil-A is the landscaping and the spotless parking lot. I was in line about 30 second before I was pleasantly greeted and had my order taken. I ordered the chicken biscuit with cheese meal. My drink was a large sweet tea. The line moved along quickly. There was 20 plus cars in front of me and I got to the window and received my order in less than 5 minutes from when I ordered.The sweet tea tasted freshly brewed and was just sweet enough. The hash rounds were soggy and lukewarm. They fell apart when you picked them up and they did not taste fresh.The chicken biscuit with cheese was awesome. The biscuit was firm, fluffy, and tasted buttery. The chicken patty was golden brown and juicy.The whole experience was great except for the hash rounds which appeared to have been prepared ahead of time and left to sit until they were needed.
By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I have higher expectations for Chick-fil-A. It was 10:29 still within breakfast serving time and she refuse to serve me breakfast and proceeded to be rude about it. Chick-fil-A you just lost a faithful customer over one bad employee.
I waited in the drive thur line for a few minutes, nothing astronomically long, but for a rude high school female student to brush me off. I get it. The breakfast policy is 10:30 AM lunch is available, But at 10:32 AM your staff finally got to my vehicle and wouldn’t even have the decency to ask since it’s only been two minutes… So much for having pleasure. Rude.
Very disappointing experience today in the drive-thru. Im not sure if they changed up their system but wait time was close to an hour. I would have left but was trapped in line. No one warned us about the wait time and after finally getting to the pick up area no manager out there apologizing or anything was just handed the food and they took my money. Got home and food was cold. I understand it is tough to transition when making changes but there should have been more hands on deck when there is that bad of an issue.
Hands down one of the greatest Chick-fil-A restaurants around.The food here is always piping hot and the taste is out of this ?. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a great experience and great food..Thanks,Robert
Food is fantastic. Just wish they would bring spicy chicken biscuit back to this location. Also because I have the app I never seem to get free chicken sandwich on receipt. when offered it disappears must be app issue. Staff is great
Always the best expected from Chick-fil-A! All the servers show integrity, the staff has a unique unity with each other and regardless how busy they get, they always deliver on time! Keep it up!
Incident 4/29/2022: Your employee made a federal case for a man in a work truck to pull up another 5 feet. The truck didn't move, your employee kept yelling at him to pull up for over a minute, meanwhile holding up the line. Then your employee called the manager on her radio. Manager came out and told the work truck that "we don't have to serve you". Work truck tried to leave, but was blocked by the traffic jam that your employees caused. Your employee was filming him with her cell phone camera. All this added 5 minutes to our line. Most Chik Fil A's are fast, but with this ridiculous action, that is not the case with this location.
