0 stars if I could. This place used to be good when Desmond the little guy was there running it. I remember seeing him and Juan there all the time! They practically lived there from opening to closing everyday and not once was I disappointed. Don’t know if it was a father son thing but they were great! They treated my 76 year old Father like family! Would cut our chicken off the bone for them and everything! Saw the kid even at my doctors office handing out catering flyers and some coupons as well. Great lad. I got to speak to him and he was always so energetic and positive! Juan also! He was such a peoples person. And he would always conversate with us after the dining room was seated. Personable people! I’ve been to both this location and the location up in Grenada and always saw those two keeping the environment happy and going. Now I go there and all I see is closed signs and unsatisfactory food. Such a shame! Where did they go? Did they sell the franchise? Anyhow very sad seeing this Store suffer like this. It’s in Need of New Dedicated Management Asap. Because all the others I’ve seen just visit and leave. No one seems to hold a Management position here. Must be that bad.

I used to eat here all the time.now its super over priced, and the pieces of chicken are super small, the employees couldn't care less about anything.they just stared at me when the ice was empty.really?I'm never going back here.I had there half chicken yesterday and it was about 5 bites.probably one third the size of a 1/2 rottisserie chicken at Publix AND $12.99 for it!? Nah I'm done here. They need to just go out of business, no one will miss them.

Food is always good at this chain but seems like the people working there have such an attitude at certain locations that it makes the whole experience unpleasant. Menu is too confusing to look at as well.

Rolled up at 715 pm, open sign was on. By the time I got to the door from my car they turned the sign off and locked the door. Opened the door and said "Im sorry we're closed." Saw them turn away at least 1 other customer before I left.

I have to say this place used to be great it was always crowded the food was always fresh. I do not know what happened but I will not go back the food was not fresh the food was not good but. The staff were very nice though

Overpriced. Most items on menu are discontinued. (Prime rib). Ribs were ok and meatloaf was edible. 1 plate of ribs and 4 pieces of meatloaf and 1 drink was $33. I understand why theres not many locations left.

I don't think the staff here know how to cook food. They served chicken that still raw., the color is still red inside. The corn bread was undercook, still tasted like flour and the color was still white. Complaint won't do anything as they won't know what the customers were talking about. Will never eat here again even it is free.

Not the most inviting place when you come in the door. Dirty and food line was sloppy. You could tell that the lady taking our orders did not want to be there. Could hardly hear anything she said.

I don't know if it is this location or what but have stopped coming here because the lack of selection everytime but after getting what would be a full meal I'm now let down by the quality... some food is hot...some not to the degree of asking is it cooked. Save yourself the money if you want Boston Market go to the local freezer selection of your grocery store

I would like to start off by saying the staff is very friendly and accommodating, however, I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered my meal online, I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and when I brought it to my job, it was not what I ordered. I called them and the women who picked up said they didn't have any crispy chicken made, which is fine I just wish I was told before I left to go back to work. I tried the rotisserie chicken sandwich and it was pretty gross. I went back to get something else, I got the 1/4 dark meat chicken and two sides. overall the meal was below average. it's sad to say that Boston Market quality of food has gone downhill. I came to this restaurant all the time when I was a child and remember the food being pretty good but unfortunately I cant say the same now. The staff is super friendly, the food on the other hand, I'm surprised they haven't shut down yet. The staff of Boston Market, you're better off going somewhere else to work. Shouldn't be working for a place that can't keep up with the quality of the food.~Best of wishes.
