I've been to the Port Charlotte location 3 times in the past few months. Their chicken sandwich and their house salad is absolutely delicious. I've gotten the honey mustard dressing with the house salad and it's outstanding! Tonight my wife and I went for dinner and as before, the food was fantastic! But we decided to dine inside the restaurant tonight and although the staff was courteous and we received our order fairly quickly, the dining room was a filthy mess. I can't blame the staff for this, however, as they are obviously short staffed. There was only a handful of people in the restaurant, but obviously the counter help was very busy with drive through and couldn't get to cleaning the dining room. I think management needs to get their act together and hire more people for afternoons and nights. I'm thinking that if more attention is not given to cleanliness, this place isn't going to last long. That would be a shame because as I've stated, their chicken meals are really good!
Cleanliness is absolutely sub-par!! Getting to the point where it is best to eat in than it is to dine at this place and many around town. They clean the tables not the seats, trays are absolutely grimey. Place smells dusty. Food is not even that good.
My first time trying a Zaxby's. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would recommend anyone looking for a quick and filling lunch to give it a try.
We went into the drive through the lady had us wait 20 mins till she took our order and we had to repeat it because she left halfway through explaining the order. We went to the next window and they got our order wrong and has to wait a total of 40 mins.
Sandwich was delicious, we don't have a Zaxby's in Michigan so when I see one I have to stop. Was not disappointed.
I go here a lot and sometimes it's ok. Here recently I've been noticing pinkish lettuce in the salad. Which means it's old. If lettuce is old, throw it out. Don't serve it to people.
Best chicken spot in Port Charlotte. Great customer service also.
Very slow dinning room closed for some odd reason. Worst ran zaxbys around definitely gives franchise a bad name others run just fine needs new management

Food was great but it was slow through the drive through. That just seems to be normal most places these days.
