When I pulled up to order at the drive-up window - they told me they could not take my order. It was only 8:15 pm.This is the second time I have been turned away. Such POOR service
Pulled up to the drive thru a few minutes prior to closing. Sat there and were ignored. After sitting for five minutes at two minutes after closing I finally said something and they said that they had just closed. I said we were there prior to closing. Too bad. All we wanted was Frosty’s.Terrible service and rude.
They got my order completely wrong and when I got the right order there was nothing no fresh veggies on it everything was soggy wilty the service was horrible I asked to catch up and they basically said we didn't have anymore and too bad do yourself a favor cook at your house
SO SLOW! Drive-thru is always wrapped around the building and the dining room is never open. Definitely the worst fast-food place in Port charlotte.
The problem is that last Thursday we showed up in the dining room to think about our order. The floors were so sticky wherever we went. I asked another person in our party if the bathroom was clean... needless to say more, so we left to go elsewhere.
The 4 for 4 is a good bargain..very tasty burger and chicken nuggets. The best of all...they offer diet Sprite ( no caffeine, no calories)!
No problem on the food & service. Just a very long drive through line. Inside locked.
This is a very hard-working Wendy's! It is managed very well! The staff is always very courteous, plus they offer free senior drinks!
Stopped by here after school for a large fry and a baked potato with the kids. What we got was good and hot. But I specifically asked for 2 Butters and 2 sour creams at the speaker as well as the window. I get home and there's none. It would just be nice for people to learn how to read a ticket and/or get the order right. Who wants a potato with no butter or sour cream . ?
Wow, Wendy’s! I asked for no Mayo, extra onions and add jalapeños and you give me this monstrosity?!?!? Also, your fries where neither crispy nor hot. Total disappointment. Note: I ADDED THE KETCHUP MYSELF FROM PACKETS I HAD TO DIG OUT OF MY BREAK ROOM! Smh ?
