I have never been to this Wendys specifically and i don't plan on going back... The reason why is because they couldn't get the most simple task correct and hand me a straw with my drink.. Also the same person handed me my food. Assuming she would place one in the bag. Nope.I'll manage without the straw
Wendy’s usually has good food, however, you seldom get what you ask for at the drive-through. Might as well just pull up to the window and say I’ve got $20 just throw whatever you want me to have in a bag because that seems like what they do. Occasionally you get one right sandwich but not the way you requested it. Tonight we got two correct sandwiches but they were lukewarm, as were the spicy chicken nuggets and we asked for two orders of fries - but only got one. Whatever happened to them making the food when you ordered it?This was our last trip to our local Wendy’s. McDonald’s is right next-door. I’ve never really been a fan of them but they will be my go to if we need a quick meal on the run.
The food was horrible. The lobby was disgusting. Floors were sticky. Sweet tea was rancid. Fries were cold almost as soon as I ate them.
I ordered UberEats Priority delivery. My food was deliver within 10 minutes of being picked up. The only thing I could stomach to eat was the nuggets. The baconator I ordered was dry as could be, even with the American Cheese, mayo, and ketchup. The fries were stone cold. I would not recommend be this fast food establishment to anyone. I've had the same experience with the Wendy's on Cochran Blvd as well. Just employees who don't care about the food that they are serving. Posted 3/2/2022
Service was excellent.. Food eh not so much! I asked for grilled chicken and I got crispy but it was decent for what I got.
Good food. Wish the inside would be open all the time. The $4.00 menu great food and great value.
Their fries suck not hot even walk back in gave another very warm. They could care less
