Waited 15 minutes in the drivethru for cold fries And less than stellar customer service.
Terrible online service, I understand being short staffed but today was ridiculous. Ordered online, paid went to the window no order. Asked to cancel and resubmit, done 20 minutes no food. Went back in the drive through cue yet again after a half an finally got my food, order totally screwed up, wrong drink, no salad dressing or croton or utensils. Not worth getting in line for a third time. Far from a pleasant experience.
This Wendy's is always a hit or miss kinda service. Sometimes they are great with hot, accurate food and other times they are rude & your order is completely messed up.
Absolutely horrible restaurant. Had to wait to order for 5 minutes with no one in front of me. Pulled up to the window, waited another 5 minutes...for a chicken sandwich and single. Got home, fries were under cooked and got a double cheeseburger? Have only one job to do....how hard is it to get an order right and have some consistency on the fries...and no, your fries aren't as good as McDonald's fries.....but then again, I blame management. That's the only answer to this....other Wendy's aren't this bad.
I know that sometimes fast food can be inconsistent in quality and experience, but this is the second time I've been to this particular Wendy's restaurant, and all I can say is wow!There were 5 cars ahead of me, and I paid through the mobile app, and still, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes.Also, my order, a Dave's Double with fries, came out HOT HOT HOT.I cannot say this will happen all the time, but two times in a row?Thank you to the woman manager running things that I observed through the drive-thru window.She knows how to keep customers happy.Wendy's should copy her and put her in their Sarasota, Florida restaurant on Clark Road.That restaurant was a very disappointing experience for me recently. And corporate didn't even see it fit to respond to my complaints about that restaurant.
Very slow on taking your order. Must've waited for 5 minutes before being able to order. But the food was on point. All of the employees working seemed to be very stressed out.
Friendly staff and the food was fresh and hot best Wendy's in the Port Charlotte and Rotunda west areas!
It was good however, every time I go there everything is always lukewarm to cold it is never hot. And, you have to wait like 10 minutes in line just to place your order and then by the time you get it it's cold.
Nice drive-thru woman. Very friendly.
Their attention to detail could be more. Other than that pretty great restaurant.
