Good food, clean place, waffles will not disappoint!

It was so cold I didn't want to be inside. We mentioned how cold it was to the employees &they responded by saying that's why we wear long sleeves & a jacket.Personally I couldn't enjoy my food because of how cold I was. I asked for a to go box almost as soon As I got my food.Also our drinks were brought with our food. No other customers were in the location. Why did we have to wait so long for drinks?I work in the service industry these are major things that are not ok. You'll never keep customers this way.
Food was good and the staff was friendly! My only complaint is they were to-go only because they had 2 servers and a cook and I was the only person in there. Why not just section off a small area for dine-in and the rest to-go? You can change how big of an area based only the ability of staff.They also charge an extra to-go fee when it was my only option? Why not waive that?
This place was top notch service and everything was very fresh ?? ?
Went late at night and despite the late hour the food and service was great. I ordered decaf coffee and my server brewed a fresh pot happily. There was even some entertainment in the form of another customer who was under the influence. Over all a great experience and food exceeded expectation
It's waffle House. What else can I say. Excellent breakfast, good service and good food. Becky was very attentive waitress. Very happy with the overall experience
This Waffle House is sooo good! The servers are always so sweet and accommodating. The kitchen is FAST! It is definitely toddler approved! ?
We had just 2 employees, a sweet older man server and a gentleman cook. I always order steak and eggs. My steak had an off taste so I requested a new one and it too tasted off so they went above and beyond to help me decide on another dish ❤️ they were so very sweet
They have a good crew working. Everything came out fast and hot. Everyone was happy and working together. I got the Texas steak and bacon sandwich with hashbrowns. I don't usually eat a whole sandwich but it was really good and I finished it. Yum!
