I tried the door first and no indoor dining. So you weren't allowed to enter. There wasn't a sign outside specifying this. Tried to give the order through speaker and no one answered or greeted me asking for order. I drove around to the window and was told they did not take orders at the window to go back to the speaker. I explained no one was answering there. She just the window. I drove back around made order. I ordered chalupa and got home it it was Gordita. I checked the receipt and it said Gordita. Sheesh Asked for extra sour cream. Drove away. Got home. Should have checked when there.. I paid extra 60 cents extra for sour cream that I did not receive. Once again.
I am pleasantly surprised with our visit today. My family has been in punta gorda for over 20 years and normally this locations employees aren’t very helpful or kind. But today Renee was awesome! She was eager to help us and made sure everything we got was right. It’s nice to know she’s a part of our Port Charlotte store and we will definitely be happy to come back! Great manager and super sweet with my kids! Thank you Renee!
Ordered through drive through, got my order wrong (chicken instead of beef chalupas) and also forgot 2 beef burrito supremes.. went back and got the chalupas corrected and then only got 1 burrito after returning. Should have checked the bag the 2nd time, but was hungry so I just wanted to get home and eat. Employee(s) didn't seem like they cared when presented with the mess up.
Been here multiple times and their customer is pretty good. And my order is always correct.....it's a decent fast food place!
They were fast, fresh yummy meat, fresh lettuce, and gave a sht-ton of extra sauce when asked lol. Only downfall is the company itself got rid of most of the menu items and raised prices so much! This location was real good service though ?
No Bueno. Had a hankering for taco bell tonight and this was my first visit to this location. Overall the restaurant was dirty, the main counter has food and liquid on it and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in hours. The tables in the dining room were dirty and from what I could see of the kitchen it was a mess, with food all over the floor. I should note that this was 8:30 at night and not in the middle of a rush. Had it been during a rush I would be more understanding of the condition.As for the food, my wife ordered a quesadilla that was overwhelming in the amount of cheese and the quesadilla wasn't cut. My "beefy" burrito was mostly bean and cheese with what seemed like some beef jerky at the end.I don't have high expectations for fast food restaurants but I do expect cleanliness and for the food to be prepared properly. Call me crazy but I do actually want my quesadilla to be cut and for a beefy burrito to contain beef. Maybe it was an off night, but that doesn't make my stomach feel any better
We used the drive-thru around 8pm.Employee interaction- Genuinely cheerful, and they moved quickly and efficiently.Our order was a bit customized- I like TB, but I am allergic to every spice which contains "heat".So, we requested our items to not have any of their sauces.Add sour cream to everything!The food was good and hot.
Whoa, their tacos went from $1.19 to $1.79 ! No wonder my bill was so much, and that isn't a slight increase either! That price jump hurts! Ouch!I rarely eat at Taco Bell, but now I refuse to go to a Taco Bell. I'll make my own at home, it's so much cheaper. Their is tastier but still, I can go to a real Mexican restaurant and get taco's for the same price, almost.
I ate the Chicken High Power Protein Bowl for dinner tonight. It was delicious, but they forgot my dressing and guacamole on it. I had to go up to the counter. Plus my friend ordered one also, but instead, they gave her a Chalupa. So she never got her Power Bowl and they didn't refund her the $$ difference. What a shame, because they were not busy.
