Very slow . And rude the girl working there today refused to help the boy when he asked for help she just stood there watching him and then when i went to pay the card machine didn’t wanna work and they didn’t have a sign saying anything literally waited in line for 20 min just to not be able to get my sub and I’m pregnant.
I placed an order for Subway at 4:37pm and subway said it was being made to be delivered. It’s raining and I believe thats why the store canceled my delivery order . 30 minutes later i received a cancel email that said i needed to contact the store if I did not cancel my order. I spoke to someone by the name of Jessica at the 375 Kings Hwy who refused to take my order number claiming that she knew which order was mine. She was claiming that she had the order but i let her know i received a cancellation email from the store. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it? Very rude and she should not be handling customer service issues.
Great location to meet with friends. Definitely worth a return visit. Prices were appropriate.
