I ordered a large cheese pizza with light cheese. I got home and the pizza looked like it had extra cheese. There is a younger woman there named Kelly who is great. There is an older lady that works there who basically couldn’t care less. I called and explained to her that my pizza was not light cheese. She said she made it and they normally use 10 ounces but on mine she used 8 ounces of cheese. 2 ounces of cheese on a large pie does not make it light cheese. I tossed the pizza out and told her so. She made no effort to make it right or to do anything for me in fact she chuckled . This older lady needs to find something else to do with her time then work there and treat customers like she really doesn’t care.
I requested two slices of pizza with extra cheese and sausage I was informed that they would not be able to fill this order was never given a reason why and it was not even close to closing times I'll be honest I enjoyed their pizza but with this kind of customer service I can do without
Normally Sbarro is really good, just waited too long for food this time. Still delicious

Terrible service, the employee was working with a bad attitude. Had to ask for everything, wanted to charge me in a rush without asking what I wanted to drink, seemed mad that my husband wanted to place his order and even slammed the counter. There wasn't others waiting to order. We just left , he was so rude. No manners at all.
