The managers at this place don't care about customer service. Just started trying there food and this is the second ordered ever placed and I'm already convinced not to order from the store in Port Charlotte Florida. Bunch of uneducated kids running this place. And not kid by age but by actions. Grow the heck up your you'll be at this pay rate for the rest of your life

Ordered delivery last week, the pizza arrived in terrible condition, normally we don’t complain but it was real bad. Called the location of of kings highway, they apologized and offered to put a credit on the account. We accepted the offer. Tonight, we tried cashing in the credit, they told us that there was no credit on the account…. I knew the guy was lying just to get us off the phone.Avoid this branch, and this company for that matter (their pizza is subpar at best anyway)

Supreme pizza I ordered was seriously undercooked and grease everywhere. What the hell..? Came to 20 bucks as it was a medium but even so, the quality is terrible. Soggy, greasy pizza. They went downhill. Dont wanna work? Then don’t.
Ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni it was amazing! Only took like 30 to get delivered.
This has to be the worst franchise ever. I’ve been to 3 of their stores and nothing is ever right. I went by this store the other day and the Manager Will was rude like I interrupted his day. Very unprofessional. Won’t be long before these stores close.
One of my friends said not to order cause this store is a hectic mess. But I’ve had good experiences before but not now. This place has gone down hill so fast. Whoever this new woman manager was this morning hands down just not work with customers. Her attitude was awful and the place looks a mess besides the decorations. Not coming back.
Just order there and the pizza was hot on time and soda was cold delish keep up the good work papa jhons
Ordered two pizzas, dough was not cooked all the way. Completely disappointed. And by looking by reviews I can they have cooks who don't really care.. Better ingredients better pizza look elsewhere
