I was checking out reviews about Bitcoin Expert traders on Facebook but was scared to invest to into a wrong hand, until I decided to invest with Mrs Winifred Demetrius FX. and she turns out to be the best among all. I invested just $900 and received a profit of $8,200 after 7 days. You also want to trade with a legit Expert trader? I ordered online mid-afternoon for curbside pickup. When my order confirmed, it specified I had to go in to pick up. Once inside, I could not locate my order in the pickup shelf, nor was my name on their list. I asked an employee about my order, but got no info other than I should wait. I waited 25 minutes as every name on the list cleared, then asked again. I was asked if my order was delivery; it was not. She finally checked on my order and found it had been in the delivery bin the whole time. This employee was at the counter putting orders together and had walked past me several times, fully aware I was waiting on my online order. I left with cold food and very upset. No customer service whatsoever, nor an apology for the mixup. Very busy shopping center parking. I'm not sure if there is handicap parking, but you could use the reserved order pickup spots since they aren't actually offering that service. Overall, a bad experience and not worth going back for me. I'd like to take the tip back, but can't.Additional note: Now that I've read other reviews, I see this location has consistent problems. Too bad management isn't responding, but that in itself is an issue.

I love Panera! But A few things that were frustrating was the cashier said I had a reward for a free bowl of 3 options. I picked the rice & teriyaki bowl and realized after I got home I was charged for that bowl. Always check your receipts.

This is garbage. I get it Panera is supposed to be high quality but I just spent almost 13$ on 2 frozen caramel coffees. One with Expresso. And they are in a cup the size of my fist!!!! Almost 6$ a piece are you kidding me??? It doesn't matter how "artisanal" or "quality" your coffee is. For something that size it should be 3$ not almost $6. every time I come here it's always something. You don't earn anyone's business, you only obtain it because your an open establishment that's been around for a while. I said large and that's what I get???The quality is average, about on par with Wawa or Dunkin. But did not want to commute all the way to Dunkin. Next time I'll spend the extra gas, pay the same price and get a much larger cup

The food is great but their curbside pick up/service is lacking. Twice in a row I have had to go in and get the food after waiting over 5 minutes at curbside. They were oblivious that I had even pulled up, despite “checking in”. A gal next to me also had to go in and get her food. Don’t offer a service you can’t fulfill.

Great food. But I ordered a roasted Turkey with avocado, everything but the avocado was there. Usually it is correct when I order but the first mistake they’ve made for me. Lesson learned: order inside and make sure they put the avocado on lol

Make sure you take your receipt and check your charges. Lady added a “bubbler drink” to my order without me asking. After I ate my meal, I went to ask about drink and she said she can refund if really didn’t need it. When she went to ask manager to come and process refund, I heard manager saying “why you keep adding drinks, make sure you ask customers first”. Looks like they are sure running a scam here. Lost a customer now for sure.

Went to pick up a dozen bagels this week and while there we ordered two drinks. One of those drinks was a sweet tea, as listed on their menu. If you are a sweet tea drinker then you typically expect pre-made tea mixed with real sugar. Sweet tea from the "soda fountain" is usually sweetened with high fructose corn sugar and simply doesn't taste fresh. And brewed, unsweetened tea where you add your own sweetener never really works for me as the sugar doesn't dissolve in COLD liquid. When I inquire about where to get our drinks, I was directed to the soda fountain. They had three or four flavored teas and one unsweetened tea that you could add your own sweetener. My ten year old did not want this to drink and did not want anything else. So after paying $2.99 for a 16oz-20oz drink (cup actually, bc we still hadn't filled it up), I went to the front counter and kindly requested a refund and tried to explain why. The "TEAM LEAD" that assisted me with the transaction was less than friendly, no smile and didn't even try to fake a smile tbh, unapologetic or kind in any way. Don't get me wrong, she was not rude. But a simple smile and a fake "I apologize for that ma'am" would have gone a super long way with me. I've worked in customer service for 35 years now and I just don't see ANY reason for ANY employee to treat ANY customer with such disregard. Yes I'll be back, but only because there are no other decent bagel options in my town.

Really upset drove 30 min to purchase my sick fathers lunch and got home to something that wouldn’t fill a kid up.

soups are excellent as are the salads, flatbreads and yummy desserts. food is 5 stars for sure, but the dining area needed to be cleaned - so I got the order to go. very busy at lunchtime.there are kiosks inside to place the order yourself.have a few outdoor tables to enjoy the weather.very busy area on Tamiami, inside shopping center.
