Placed an order online last Wednesday 6/15. Arrived 10 mins after estimated time. Order not started and then young employee tells me they don't have half the items I ordered. I asked if someone typically calls the customer to let them know since this was now 35 mins after I placed the order and she replied that she forgot. I asked to have my money refunded and I was told that I had to do it on the website and no manager on duty. I sent concern to corporate email and no one has reached out. I have called the location twice trying to get my $50+ back for an order I never received.and both times sent to voice-mail which doesn't allow you to leave a message. I will be disputing these charges and never returning. Would give 0 stars!!!
is the manager aware that they're closing an hour early? or are they just not updating their hours? google clearly says 10pm so why when i walk in at 9:15 im not even greeted, i have to walk all the way up to the counter with 16 year old workers staring at me with a flat face and then a "we're closed". didn't even lock the doors or anything or state it kindly. no hours on the door either! not updating the hours or just closing early seems very inconsiderate considering i just drove all the way up here to give YOUR COMPANY my hard earned money with these gas prices. get it together
This location is absolutely terrible. It is always filthy. The trash is covered in food, floor and tables always dirty. Always out of drinks and ice. Salsa bar is disgusting. We wait way too long for our food, always out of ingredients, people who work there are always slow and seem like they have no idea what they are doing. We once waited 45 mins for a stack and a burrito. Last time we ate there my entire family finished their meal and I was still waiting for my stack that was just sitting behind the counter. Tonight we ordered online, got a confirmation email, we go to pick it up and they are closed but they had no problem taking our money. Tried to contact customer service but there was no answer. Absolutely DONE with this place.
I have not been to Moe's in quite sometime now and let me tell you, this was a total disappointment. What was supposed to be grilled peppers and onions in my burrito, was onion PETALS and strips of peppers that easily could have been 6 inches long. The chips? Don't even bother unless you're looking to clog your arteries. Super stale, and saturated in grease that I could almost see my reflection in. I used to LOVE Moe's, but I will not be returning. 0/5 stars
Just plain bad! started with attitude from the manager on duty. The lights flickered twice and she told another employee I hope the power goes out so we can leave. Not something you expect to hear from management. Ordered and paid for our food and started noticing how dirty the restaurant was. Afraid of getting sick we just dumped our food and left, will never be back.
Had the worst experience here yesterday! First of all, the cleanliness of the restaurant was atrocious. There was not a clean table in the entire restaurant, and the food assembly area was filthy. We watched as the manager on duty cross contaminated raw chicken with the cooked food. When a concerned customer commented on it, the manager denied doing it, and became rude and belligerent. After witnessing her attitude towards cross contamination, there was no way I was going to eat the food I had just paid for. I tossed it in the trash and left. I will most definitely NOT be back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from the Moe’s in Port Charlotte!
Poor communication about hours. Website allowed us to order curbside pickup but when we arrived to pick up food, restaurant was CLOSED. You expect ppl to see on your Facebook page that this location might be closed or have limited hours?! I’ll be calling to get my money back first thing in the morning!
My husband and I went in for lunch today and not one table was clean. Floors were super sticky, this place was filthy. It made us so sick we couldn’t finish our lunch. Everyone around us was as disgusted as we were. I hope and pray no one one gets sick here. Where’s the Health Dept. when you need them???
Never been to Moe‘s before, but it’ll be the first and the last time. As soon as we walked in the door we should’ve turned around and walked right out from the dirty unclean feeling we received. But, in fairness we decided to give it a try. Here is the list:Extremely dirty everywhere.Flies flying around food.Way over priced for the portion size received.Chicken was dried out.Chips were extremely greasy. (Disgusting)Queso was just bland melted cheese. Bought extra queso for $4 what a waste of money.Lids not stocked for glasses.Food and dirt on the floors.Couldn’t even find a clean table.Worker had booths/tables moved out to mop and couldn’t even get out to leave. They were right in the walk way path. Still looked dirty.This place needs an overhaul and by the looks of it they don’t have much business either. Hmmmm I wonder why?Sorry for being so honest, but this was such a disappointment for my first Moe’s experience. I’m a lover of a competitor and I have to drive for an hour to get and its well worth it!
Health inspector must skip out on visiting this establishment. Absolutely disgusting. Food wasn't fresh. Entire store needs a deep clean. Theres food stuck on walls and the employees look like they just got out of bed.
