What can I say about Metro Diner. Honestly it was all about the service today. Our server Jessica was absolutely amazing. Her southern charm was A1. Personality great! She checked on us and made sure we were all satisfied. Our food was good. Plentiful with lots of left overs but our server was amazing. Check#1000 23/1 Thank you Jessica. Great start to my day.
We went there with a large group including two little 2yr olds and the waitress was absolutely great and kept up with our drinks and even brought my two little 2yr old grandsons a pack of crackers while we waited for our food the wairess name is Heather and when we go back we will be asking for her. She was awesome
Delicious Food. Server was polite and the restaurant was clean.
We went on a busy Monday for breakfast or server Heather was amazing it was our first time we were there. She explained the menu to us and helped us make our breakfast choices. She even talked us into getting a double mimosa and a bloody Mary. We tried the fried Chicken and waffles and the Charleston shrimp and grits. Both had such amazing flavor we will definitely be back soon thank you heather again for all your help!

My first time to Metro Diner. I had a vegie omelette. It was excellent! The vegies were not soggy at all. The omelette itself didn't have any brown on it from the grill. I would say it was a very "clean" omelette if there is such a explanation! The staff was more than attentive. Give it a try if you are in the area!

We have visited this restaurant many times with excellent, service & food. However tonight we went for supper and the service was good and the staff was friendly then we received our food and the it was embarrassing. I had the chicken tender plates, the fries were obviously old and dark from being refried, the chicken was overcooked and very apparent the grease was in desperate need of changing. My wife had a steak and egg scrambler which was disgusting and more grease with very little hash browns she only ate several months full and left the rest. The waitress was wonderful. We won't be back and this disappoints us as it was our go to restaurant. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also never saw a manager anywhere on site.
