If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come here they mess up my order. I usually just take it and go but today I decided to go inside and let them know in a polite manner and the girl at the register was nice but the manager was not. She basically didn't want to help and had an attitude. Will not be going back to this McDonald's. Thank you have a nice day.
Terrible service. Given the wrong order at first. Had to go in to store and again given a wrong order. The team member that appeared to in charge seemed annoyed with me. I simply wanted what I had ordered. I could here the frustration and cursing from other team members. Finally on the third attempt my order was complete but cold it’s burgers and fries. Not a herd job. The only thing said I’m sorry. I called the store to voice my concerns and again just a didn’t really care I’m sorry. Good thing there are multiple locations.
Wrong order, but she fixed it it just took way to long I go there all the time but this time all new faces....Trash was over loaded in allBathroom was dirty and mens said out of orderThe staff did not look happy at allThere upper management needs to reevaluate there team or start over I eat McDonald's 2 times a week this was just a bad experience.I hope you have a better one mine was just me and one of my sons.Next week I'll go to burger King ?
Best McDonald's on the east coast. I get Egg Mcmuffins here and the egg , cheese and ham are always centered. Never messy or greasy. The staff is friendly, professional and fast.
Hot Fresh food and Fries filled right lately. Mostly friendly drive thru peeps everytime. I like the kept clean outside landscaping off drive thru.. Off one star for the guy who knodded to my request for extra butter and syrup but then sent me on my way not fulfilling my request.
So, let's address the elephant in the room? Or should I say...chicken?There's no pretending like the new chicken sandwiches at McDonald's aren't filled with hope's and dreams of being a Chik-fil-a sandwich. The crispy chicken patty is served on a nicer bun than say a McChicken and it's even served with pickles on it. The cherry on top is that (unlike the rest of sandwiches on the McMenu) your chicken sandwich comes in a bag that's folded shut at the top.Am I upset? No. While Chik-fil-a has a superior sandwich, McDonalds' copycat chicken sandwiches are most definitely worth trying
I ordered two double quarter pounders with no pickle and a caramel iced coffee. The ONLY reason you received one star is because you guys at least got the coffee right. My burgers, if you want to call them that was a plain hamburger with half a pickle, a burger patty with the middle missing ?♂️??? And the other “double quarter pounder with cheese was single cheeseburger with four pickles. I wish I could post a picture. I did not eat them for I will be bringing them back tomorrow and have them fix this issue. I was hungry and that was my dinner. I’m a sous chef and it was 11:15….all I wanted was two double quarter pounders with cheese and no pickle. Oh yeah….fries were cold too.
We were traveling through and this might possibly have been the best customer focused McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was cooked as it should ALWAYS be which NEVER happens in our Jacksonville, FL McDonald's locations! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent! Maybe your management could travel to Jacksonville to conduct accurate training, especially to the Merrill Rd Jacksonville FL location where your order is NEVER correct and staff and management tell you to "enjoy your cold fries" when you ask for fresh. Thank you for taking pride in your store and its processes!
I received cold large french fries that was for an online çoupon for a large french fry, my órder totalled out at close to $25. Once I left the drive thru with my friend & ñoticed my free with online çoupon large french fry was cold & definitely úneatable. I went back to the McDonalds drive thru & brought attention to my situation. Fortunately I was given a fresh Hot large french fry to símply replace the cold uneatable large french fry, Thank You McDonalds I appreciate your efforts.Trena
Can someone explain how this was passed off through your window as a Big Mac? No sesame seed bun, no middle bun. You charged me big mac pricing for a double cheeseburger with mac sauce. I still give me experience 3 stars because your window people were excellent and friendly, but terrible food control and quality.
