Kudos to the Manager that 'hooked us up' ?? (This is the McDonald's right next to KFC). Seriously, you can tell that this dude literally LOVES his job & he actually listens to his customers!!! ????? It makes a WORLD of a difference when employees actually "Love" their jobs, because that's when they treat their customers right!!! ?
Manager was/is VERY RUDE. The guy snatched fries out of my mind. The quarter pounder was raw in the inside. Fries were cold because it take so long with the burgers by the time they serve you fries they cold. Don't just leave them sitting over there waiting. Don't nobody want them once they been sitting. Also you couldn't get a drink due to a guy coming in a filling his DOG BOWL. And I asked for someone to fill my drink and they just said UMMM HMMM....?
Last night my stepson broke down in his truck at this McDonald's and what should have been a 2-hour repair turned into a nightmare headache I was extremely impressed by the customer service and kindness from management and employees at the store has they made both of the kids Happy and fed during a situation that turned into a very stressful night having a little kindness went a long way I want to say thank you to McDonald's and to the staff at this location I am extremely impressed thank you very much great full

I eat there all the time, Love the Really Nice Amazing Employee's that ARE ALWAY'S BUSY WORKING HARD AT VERY BUSY LEVEL'S OF PEOPLE, STAT'S RATIO CUSTOMER'S TO EMPLOYEE'S NUMBER'S WITH THAT BEING SERVICE PER. EACH ONE TO HOW MANY CUSTOMER'S TOTAL ALL DAY. 5:00 A.M. TILL AFTER 9:00 P.M. (HOUR'S VARY DUE TO WEEKEND'S AND WEEKDAY'S) DRIVE THRU AND INSIDE EATING 5:30 A.M. TILL 9:00 P.M.. THANK YOU, ALSO, CUSTOMER'S ARE AWESOME REALLY GREAT TO ME TOO, THANK YOU ALSO.
Every single time I go to this location I'm hoping my complaint to the management will make my next visit much better, and it hasn't . The few managers Ive seen n watched are just rude and don't care about how the customer feels , whether it's bringing back cold fries, watered down frappe, are uncooked rubbery nuggets..I've complained multiple times and nothing has changed. I am a GM at another fast food franchise and I do like to go to other non burger king fast food chains and I watch and observe on many horrible experiences.. I think it's time to bring in the best of the best like me. I would make a great change for the better of the customers, store and make better employees learn the right way.i give 2 stars bcuz every once in a blue moon I'll actually get that one employee who actually takes care of their customers
Cheese burgers were cold, fries were hot and fresh. Only 1 kiosk was functional so ordered at the counter. Coke at the fountain not mixing syrup and soda in correct proportion so I opted for sweet tea which was good. Fairly typical McDonald's experience.
Clean, comfortable, modern.Self-ordering kiosks.Immediate service.Wonderful employees delivering correct orders of hot and delicious food.Determining correct entrances for drive-thru and regular parking off of Rt. 41 is a bit tricky.Overall, very pleased with my experience!
Just tried to eat here. Hours posted say they are open until 10 pm. It is 930 and the doors are locked. I guess that's actually a win on my part because going without dinner is probably better than eating their horrible food anyway. ?♂️
Fries were cold. I wonder if the staff knows that there are robots that can do the job accurately and for far less overhead cost than paying people? First they want $15 an hour. Then they refuse to put out quality food. And now the robots can have their jobs. I'm pro human rather than pro robot but if people are incapable of doing the job properly, then something has got to give.
