I've been to some terrible fast food places, but this one takes the cake. I went through the drive through today to get food for myself and my son. A burger and a happy meal. I made the mistake of asking for no pickles or mustard. Got home to find out that they didn't give my son his nuggets...in his nugget happy meal. The main ingredient in the whole meal. Went back, got a new nuggets, and they acted as if this happens all of the time!! No questions, just nuggets. Got home to a very upset 6yo to fine out that on top of that, they had put what seems like extra pickles on my burger. I've tried this place multiple times and 7/10 times something is wrong. It's like they don't want me to come back. Well, you win, McDonald's. You win. I will not be back, and I hope anyone reading this doesn't either.
These ppl don’t wanna work @ night idk y this McDonald’s even open past 11pm every time I go it’s “our systems r updating” or “cash only” tbh I think corporate should look into this McDonald’s
Got a hamburger, but it came with no meat patty... lol. Not a big deal. Went to replace it and ended up with a hamburger that had pieces of, what I think was, broken up m&m candy on the bun in several places. Cross food contamination? At this point, we just moved on... not worth going back for the $2. Also noticed all the staff with their masks under their chin. Maskless is fine, but why wear them that way unless it was company rule and maybe the manager was out? Just weird. Anyways they are other McDonald's to go to instead. ?♂️
Regular food tbh there is nothing actually wrong with it sometimes it gets out of hand whenever its slow due to new workers. Sometimes mistakes happen whenever they dont give you the right things that you ordered it can get annoying. There is something oddly strange about the MCdonalds ketchup because its strangly the best ketchup I've ever had.
Whoever is putting less than 4 must either have high standards or they’re lying. I’ve eaten here a bunch of times and it’s the best McDonalds around Charlotte county. They’ve only messed up on my order twice I believe and was quickly resolved. They’re burgers are built like they actually care about presentation. I can 99% of the time Expect my order to be good and not messed up unlike many other McDonalds around.
The food is as expected, but they mess up my order every single time. I do curbside so I don't have to go in, but there is always something missing or incorrect, so I have to drag my kids into the store to fix it.
went tonight and it was a bad experience from the start the girl at the window taking my payment was rude and had a personality of a rock . the pick up window he tried to send me off without half my order. never got the straws and condiments I paid for. I ordered a #1 and 2 4 piece nugget happy meals for my kids. When I opened there happy meals to give them there food the 4 piece meal was really a 3 piece they took 1 bite and spit it out the nuggets where still cold in the middle and tasted like soggy cardboard. the fries where undercooked and cold. and only 1 had a toy. my #1 im not sure what it was I guess they thought I just wanted 3 pieces of bread with a very tiny amount of lettuce a microscopic glob of the sauce no onions no pickles 1 piece of cheese and no meat. i tried calling to complain but nobody ever answers the phone. They raise the cost of there items on the menu so they can pay there workers more money yet nobody can follow a simple photo on how to cook and assemble there items they are not very nice or friendly and seem to just not care. very sad.
Arrived at 7:25 on Christmas Eve lights still on and customers going through the line. As we got to the speaker the worker stated the restaurant closed at 7:30 so they were no longer serving customers. The customer in front of us was served yet those of us in line (literally one car) could not be served. Won’t be back every time I come they have the absolute worst customer service and this was the icing on the cake.
Very good fresh McDonald's hard to find in this day and age customer service young lady named Angel works here absolutely top-notch very good I recommend this one over many other McDonald's around in the area
The food was cold and hamburger bun was hard.Meaning the food was old. I went through drive thru and when I realized it - no time to go back because I was due at work.
