Unfortunately this place just keeps going down hill. Their food is just not up to the standards of old. We waited over 8 min for 2 fish sandwiches and a medium frie. They did recognize the long wait and threw in a free desert ( blueberry muffin) which turned out to be the best part of the meal. The staff is very kind, I feel it is just the whole McDonalds quality that has gone down hill.
Up front, I am a proponent of separating conventional restaurant reviews from "Fast Food" reviews. First of all "fast" often no longer applies. When you have a parking area for people waiting to pick up their orders, you are no longer "fast". When you have twolanes to feed a single line window, that divides line speed by half. Not "fast".Remember, this rating is pitting "fast food" against ALL restaurants. Imagine a five star drive through rating and say a Five Star "Chez Herri" restaurant where people come to your table instead to your car window out in the parking lot. Separate two dissimilar types of restaurants please.
2 different sandwiches a few days apart. Do you guys even try? So many issues with this place from the poor employees that had to stand under an umbrella in the drive through to the slowness of service here. All comes down to how terribly managed it is. Somehow the incompetence here is still better than Wendy's across the street or Taco Bell down the road. This area just seems full of incompetence with managers.
Terrible location for drive thru during lunch hours. Always end up waiting 15+ minutes because of one or two vehicles that take 5-10 minutes at food pickup, and the staff fail to make those cars pull over in favor of faster/easier orders. I blame the management-- it's not rocket science. Skip this location and the Englewood store too.
Extremely pleasant young man who works the register he was there this past Sunday and the Friday 2 days prior. Very helpful and very kind, especially to children. He brought us our food and was very professional. I forgot his name!! However him being just a teen he is a really good asset to your crew. The store is always clean and they work fast and friendly!!
It's a McDonald's you know what your getting; why are you reading the reviews?I usually get the curbside pickup since it's easier when walking by with my dogs ( or when dining room was closed) or ony motorcycle. As with any of the fastfood places ordering in the app usually doesn't speed it up as they wait for you to arrive, and I notice it's about on par with the time from a person at the speaker to leaving for my orders.

Today I ordered a Large Fry and a McChicken at 10:30am. The fries were ok. Not salted at all and honestly didn't taste like the Fries I usually get so I blamed it on the lack of salt. MAIN ISSUE HERE!---> The McChicken was bad. The Chicken itself was thin and crunchy. It was 10:30am They just switched to lunch and the Chicken was not hot or anywhere near fresh. I am pretty sure they reheated the chicken left over from the night before. I would not eat there. The fries were probably from the night before too. But the Chicken isn't supposed to be crunchy. It's usually soft and it being exactly lunch time it makes no sense why the chicken wasn't hot.
Went thru the drive thru and everything was funny to the kid working everything I couldn't get and everything was dirty needed to be cleaned the ice cream machine the coffee machine or the items I order weren't available. They seem like very young druggie trypes working here. They can't even keep hair up neatly smh never going here agin
