This is the worst McDonald's in PC when it comes to third-party ordering. I've never gotten a delivery order from them that was correct. They throw the food into the bag and the sandwiches are half slid apart and wrapped extra-oblong to accommodate the oozing fixings which I might as well order on the side for how far removed from the sandwich they are by the time it arrives. Drinks not fully filled and they might as well not give you any boxes for the fries because they have to be scooped out from the bottom of the bag and re-portioned anyway.
Do not come here. They obviously have vile, evil people working on the line. I order a plain mcchicken. Pretty simple, basically a glorified chicken patty. Not only does it come out more a McMayo then a McChicken, some devil managed to place multiple slices of tomato on there as well. Tomato. On a mcchicken. It took every fiber of me being not to write this review with threatening words that would have put me on a government watch list. Not to mention, an unusable parking lot. I'm heated
I ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old. I took one of her chicken nuggets to find a big piece of BONE in it. What if she ate that???? They also will NOT return my calls!!
Ordered 40 piece nugget deal cooked to order. They put down fresh nuggets for me. When putting in boxes guy used half fresh ones and half ones from trays. Put the other half of fresh nuggets in the trays. Half of my nuggets were cold.
Every time we visit our order is completed quickly and accurately. Our food has always been hot when we receive it. The staff has always been friendly. The only complaint I have is the size of their lot. It's a high traffic area and it would be very easy to get hit by the cars that drive too quickly through the very small parking lot. We always order on the app and pick up from a parking spot. I enjoy this option. Skipping the line always makes my day.
It's to bad the owners of this McDonald's actually look at these reviews. The serviceand problem free orders are a thing of the past. We went through the drive thru today at 11 am was told to wait on side 10 min went by food came out missing fries I brought order inside and got my money back. I know I am wasting my time posting this as the owners don't care but it makes me feel better. Stay awayInTV pow
Good service at this location but I decided to give the Land, air and sea sandwich a try today only to be disappointed. I was given three separate sandwiches and had to make my own. Overall it still tasted good but in my opinion you just charged me for three separate sandwiches. $15.83 for a medium sized combo. Not worth it!
No soft people skills, I worked retail management for 10 years so I know how difficult it is to deal with people. I have a calm and monotone personality which keeps me from agitation. However this McDonald's drew my ire of irrational fire. I never had a front line shift manager tell me that I need to chill and ask well you didn't know what you ordered. First save your sarcasm toward you baby daddy with your floor mattress self. Second don't ever try to instigate a conflict with a customer. This is what causes friction blow ups. I'm going to request this location to have some de-escalation training. Because it's obvious they need a break.
Unfortunately caught slender young lady, worker skipping washing hands after using bathroom. She was behind counter when I ordered food. In her defense it appeared she was off duty, carrying out her ice coffee from bathroom stall. Otherwise other employee made it right with our order as apparently person making burgers had accidentally overlooked we were still waiting for burgers! Location looks nice & trendy.
