I met the owner the other day at Treasure Lanes. He thanked me for my service (as a Vietnam Vet) and invited me to stop by his restaurant. I was running around town in the area today and decided to stop in. He has a complete Italian menu that looked very good. I took the large spinach pizza and some canelloni's to my buddies house to try them out. Everyone loved the food. The family is very friendly and likable. We will definitely be back.
Unfortunately, we loved this place but we wouldn't recommend it nor will we be back. We have had this food a handful of times and it is always delicious. However we have had 2 instances where our food was forgotten or the wrong food was given.Today we paid for an order to be delivered through Door Dash. When the order came one of the pizzas was wrong. I called and both the first woman and female manager that answered that I spoke to were very nice. Unfortunately they couldn't have the correct pizza delivered so we had to go pick it up.When I walked in a bald man with a beard asked what I was picking up. I told him that I was picking up a pizza that was being remade. He then asked where the wrong pizza was. I didn't have it. I was never told to bring the other pizza, I had a picture of it and a receipt of the correct order but he didn't want those. He said he needed the other pizza back and I told him when I called and spoke to the female manager she did not specifiy that, and I would have had no problem bringing that pizza back (we didn't touch it besides opening it up and seeing it was wrong). He stood there and put the correct pizza on the glass counter and stated with am attitude "Enjoy your free pizza"He would be right except that pizza wasn't free. I still had to take time and money for gas to pick it up after I already paid for a delivery fee. If the pizza was made right and sent correctly, he wouldn't have had to "give a free pizza." He was rude and after already having to drive there for their mistake I was not treated with any sort of customer service.
I was in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs but I had to add the Grandma's Pizza as an appetizer. It was heavenly. The best pizza I've had in a long time and like my grandma DiMaggio used to make. Everything was good including the salad, spaghetti and meatballs with a nice big dollop of ricotta cheese. Companion had a pasta dish with a tomato cream sauce. I don't remember the details but that was delicious also. Friendly wonderful staff as well.
Ordered lunch-meatball parm. Sandwich was burnt, skimpy on the parmigian. Meatballs had little flavor. Sauce was “ok”. Best part was DoirDash was very good and product was still hot!
Poor customer service. Walked in to order, not one other customer and was ignored until they finished telling stories. Also watched employees touch money, blow his nose then proceeded to make a pizza. No hand washing. If they are this unsanitary in front I can’t imagine the back. They have a good product, just poor management.
I ate great Stromboli , served with sauce , yummy !
The best chicken marsala around!!!They have gluten free pasta which turn out great , no one has made our meal choice as good, Chef you rock !!The kids loved their pizza too. Gave it a thumbs up!!
By far one of my top favs for pizza! Everytime I have been inside to eat the service has always been pleasant and efficient. They are always first on my list for pizza.
food is just amazing only place that the sauce doesn't give me heartburn. meatballs are one of my favorites
If you want authentic delicious pizza- this is the only place to go in the area. The Grandma Sicilian is to die for. The garlic knots are transcendent. It’s the only place I’ll eat pizza.
