Had lunch today at the Port Charlotte location. The girl who seated us seemed annoyed we were there. However our server, Kelly, was great. She was personable and professional. She made us feel welcome and the food was great.
A reasonable dining experience. Thursday night, no reservations for a work party of 4. It was fairly busy but we were seated immediately. Our server was very prompt but definitely appeared to have too many tasks for one person.Food was good. Corn was a little more charred than expected,but still tasty.
Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Waitress Marika was THE BEST we have had in a LONG time! She was extremely attentive, fast but took her time as well, very nice, never had to ask her for anything she was already on it, and her attitude was great! Food was FANTASTIC! Chefs kiss ? Thank you for a great experience! Will be back again real soon! To the Manager, great job on your staff and keeping restaurant clean, organized, and all around great service!
Wow! Amazing service from our waitress (who I wish I could remember her name!) who made us feel so welcome. The salad starter arrived promptly and kept us full until the main dish was served. The homemade bleu cheese dressing is to die for! We ordered the Longhorn Salmon, Chop Steak, and French Onion Soup w/ Caesar salad. Great feedback from everyone in my party. I cannot say enough positive things about the Brussels sprouts…they are a must have!
Went there for lunch with a client, we both had ribeyes and broccoli. The steak was perfect and cooked exactly medium. The broccoli had a vinegar salty seasoning that made it perfect. Being mostly on a low carb diet I appreciate being able to eat a healthy lunch with foods not overly prepared. The only complaint I have is that Longhorn does not carry low carb spritzers like white claw, otherwise it is a great economical place to get a real meal.
We come here regularly and the food and service is always great but today it was exceptional! We had one of THE best waitresses we’ve ever had and her name is Marika. She was super friendly, extremely attentive, worked at a fast pace and accommodated every request. When it was time to pay we were splitting the bill 4 ways and were scattered around the table. She didn’t miss a beat only having to ask once who was with who. I can easily see Marika managing or owning her own restaurant one day she was that good!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Ordered my steak medium and received a chewy piece of meat that was charred and cooked well done. I could barely cut it. Sent it back and got a wonderful juicy steak cooked right. Man to the left and lady to the right of me also sent their steaks back for being cooked incorrectly so I guess chef had a bad day or maybe someone new. Salad and bread were delicious and waiter was nice. We'll give them another shot.
To be brief, stellar in every aspect. Friendly & professional staff/servers, restaurant is very clean and well-appointed, and the meal was excellent. Bravo...we'll be back, again & again!
Want to give a 4.5 but this will do! This is my first time at this location. The service was very good. Knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. Ordered the Ribeye Sandwich medium and was impressed at the size, flavor and cook level was perfect for me. Subbed a sweet potato for the fries which was perfectly baked and prepared to order without the added sugar.Lots of laughter and community happening here! Definitely a good choice for a local restaurant with reasonable steak prices.
We always have a great meal when we dine in the restaurant. Tonight we did curbside pickup. One dinner came without the salad. Another dinner had a different steak than what was ordered and the last dinner was missing the blue cheese for the steak. I love the Brussels sprouts but tonight they were terrible. Hard and no honey butter. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was left on hold. I eventually hung up. Sad what has become of customer service.
