Went there and although it’s still 30 minutes from closing, a fast food restaurant like KFC should have all the food listed on the menu. I get it that they’re always short staffed and most of the employees work with a mediocre attitude, like they don’t want to be there, only thing I could hear was another employee telling her : “tell her we don’t have that, or this etc etc and I just left with a No Thank You. I get it, they want to go home but if your hours are until 10:00 pm, expect to give a great customer service and serve food until 10:00pm. Also to the Corporate, if you’re banking money and still paying your employees a mediocre salary, start with fixing the mold problem because it looks disgusting, and maybe increase your employees salary so they have the same attitude like the Chick-Fil-A employees. Just a suggestion. I grew up loving KFC food but lately they’re getting bad reviews, and this is my first one. Time to do some changes please.
I saw the picture of the spicy chicken sandwich on the menu board, and it made my mouth water! But when I got my sandwich and pulled forward, I took the chicken sandwich out of the wrapper and there was just a little dollop of hot sauce on top of my sandwich. I was EXTREMELY frustrated and upset that the whole sandwich was not coated in this hot sauce or whatever they used to make it spicy! I was tempted to go back around or walk in the restaurant and speak to the manager, but it was pouring rain outside and I did not feel like getting out of my car. So I just went home, threw my sandwich away, and made me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead. I will NOT be going back to that KFC ever again!!!
Crispy chicken is fabulous. Sides are ok.Great service with friendly staffVery clean establishmentPrices , like most place are up a bit, but still doable.
Tried to get take out, an order had been called in. Nothing was ready, worst service EVER, Won't go back. Went to the local grocery store and got everything for half the price.
Went on Saturday evening to pick-up food for the family. We had not been there in some time. Waited 30 to 45 minutes to get our order. The place was so understaffed and we get it. The wait was not the problem, it was the food. I threw the entire order away. $25 down the drain. The potatoes were watery and the gravy was water . The mac-n-cheese was lumpy and ice cold. The chicken was so soggy the coating slid right off. I will never go to KFC again. Way to ruin an "old time" favorite for me.
This place needs a good cleaning on the inside. The one good thing was the older gentleman behind the counter. He was very pleasant, and though the wait was long he made everyone smile with his friendly banter.
So sad. With the North Port location closed, this is our only option and it's not worth it. $26 for a 8 piece meal--and it was missing half the white meat. Overcooked and DRY. Breasts were half the size they used to be...now the size of thighs. Biscuits were hard. No butter or honey. Had to wade through homeless panhandling--anyone can be down on their luck, but you're standing next to a help wanted sign. Buffet still closed while Chinese buffets and Golden Coral are fully open. Half price to visit Publix or Winn Dixie.
Lobby closed at 8:30 when there’s buffet? took forever to get through the drive thru. fries were old. Not cold, like rock hard. Also forgot my mashed potatoes.
I was in the area but live off Bermont Rd, when I get to the office to serve employees the 12 piece I bought comes out they only put 8 pieces of chicken. When I look at the receipt I was clearly charged for a 12pc. People look at your family meals before leaving this kFC. Oh and I called the number on the receipt to complain and the number is out of order. I googled the number and Noone answers so I'm left with getting charged for a 12 PC but got a 8pc that's not right at all.
Disappointed. First of all, like every thing else, the price is outrageous. But I wouldn't have minded if they got my order right. I had the 8 piece strip meal with mashed potatoes & coleslaw. I got Mac & cheese and fries. Gross. Biscuits were nice and fresh, strips were just ok.
